二、教学重难点1.重点:掌握单词和表达方式;2.难点:听说能力的提高。

三、教学过程1. Warming up教师通过触发学生的旅游兴趣,引入本课的话题及主题,如“你喜欢旅游吗?喜欢去哪里旅游?”,让学生畅所欲言、与同桌分享。

2. Presentation1.教师出示图片,引导学生对图片进行观察及思考,根据图片内容,预测出本课的话题“旅游”;–图片:包含一些旅游相关的图片,如长城、故宫、北京奥林匹克森林公园等。

2.根据图片进行“明星播报”,请一名学生指导其他学生,用中英文介绍图片内容及所在地点,同时教师补充一些相关知识,引导学生进一步了解北京。

3. Practice教师引领学生通过与同桌合作完成以下任务: 1. 识别出各种交通工具的图片及相应的英文单词,并用自己的语言表达各种交通工具的意思; 2. 看图说话,以“It’s ”或“We can go to Beijing by .”的形式,介绍出不同交通工具的特点及利弊。

二)、新授1、在复习时所用的词汇卡片中放入新卡片airplane、train,在学生度这些卡片的过程中教授新词,并让学生画出相配的'图画。

2、出示一张《龟兔赛跑》的图画,以讲故事的方式出示fast、faster 、slow、 slower这两组比较级。

在黑板上写出基本句型:is fast.Is slow.is faster than .is slower than .3、分小组练习,学生将复习时所用的交通方式词汇填入以上句型中进行造句练习。

4、比赛:将全班分成两组,每组出一名学生,让他任意出示两种交通工具的图片,并叫起对方任一名学生造句。

对者得一分,错的不得分,两组累计分数高者为胜。

Analysis of teaching material
This lesson is about comparative and transport buildings. The two contents have been contacted in previous learning. It is enrichment and deepening of the two contents. In particular, the topic of Li Ming and his mother decide to go to Beijing by train can make good bedding for learning what to see on the train. In this unit, it is focused on the trip and the students are all like it very much. The transport also can raise learning interests of students. I’ll begin with interests of the students and let them learn English in practice. By learning, they can get sense of achievement and joy.
If you will go on a trip, which transport would you like to choose?
New curriculum puts forward: develop the students’ interest in English, build their confidence, develop ability of learning and sprit of cooperation are primary English teaching basic tasks. So we must give full play to students’ enthusiasm of learning and pay attention to ability of learning, speaking, and reading. We should encourage students to develop their language skill by experiential practical, cooperative and inquiry-based learning, and strengthen their confidence of learning English.
Teaching method
For this lesson, I’ll use different teaching methods. In the first part, I’ll use visual teaching method. I would show the things to display fast, slow, faster than and slower than. In this part, it can train their observation and attention; at the same time master the learning methods of category memory, comparison, induction and overview. In the second part, I’ll use situational teaching method. Through the “Task-based” teaching method to let students use the sentences in real situation. Finishing the task by making a survey can help students get a better understanding of dialogue.
