3 产品特性3.1 精准流控——保障关键业务带宽，业务开展通顺流畅RG-EG2000F网关，可以实现对网络带宽资源的全面管控，让带宽空闲时随意使用、带宽紧张时按需分配，保障关键业务的顺畅开展。
RG-EG2000F网关能精准识别P2P应用、流媒体、企业办公系统等30几大类近2000种应用特征，其中500余种移动应用，可实现更加精细合理的进行带宽管理。
3.2 上网行为管理——规范上网行为，提高工作效率RG-EG2000F网关对内网用户的上网行为进行精细化管理。

In such a case, theuser may need to take feasible measures against such interference.Install and use the device in restricted access locations.Invite professionals and related technicians to install this type of device.Installation EnvironmentRuijie EG series breakout gateway products are for indoor use only. To ensure normal operation and prolong their service life, the installation site must meet the following requirements:Temperature/humidity requirementsTo ensure normal operation and prolong the service life of the device, the equipment room must maintain constant temperature and humidity. If the equipment room is overheated for a long time, the insulation materials may result in defective insulation and even electric leakage. If the relative humidity is low, the insulation spacer may result in dry shrinkage, which will make screws looser and easily generate static electricity in the dry environment, thus damaging the interior circuits on the device. Excessively high temperature will accelerate the aging of insulation materials and compromise the reliability and even service life of the device. The temperature/humidity requirements are shown below (detailed difference between products is described in Product Overview):The temperature/humidity of working environment indicates the value measured at 1.5 m above the floor and0.4 m ahead of the equipment frame when there is no protection plate on the front and rear side of theequipment frame.Short-term working condition refers to the continuous operation no exceeding 48 hours or accumulative operations no exceeding 15 days in a year.Extremely harsh working environment generally refers to the ambient temperature and humidity which may be encountered when the equipment room air-conditioning system fails but will recover in less than 5 hoursevery time.CleanlinessThe dust is also a major threat to the safe operation of device. The dust accumulated on the device may cause electrostatic adsorption and result in poor contact. It will not only compromise the service life of device but also cause communication failure. When the indoor relative humidity is low, such electrostatic adsorption will occur more easily.Apart from the dust, the device is also sensitive to the hydrochloric acid sulfide contained in the air. These noxious gases will accelerate metal wastage and the aging of certain parts. The upper limits of noxious gases (Sulfur dioxide, Sulfured hydrogen, Nitrogen dioxide, Ammonia and Chlorine) in the following table:ESDThe breakout gateway has already given consideration to electrostatic prevention during circuit design, but excessively strong static electricity will still damage the circuit board. The static electricity in the communication network connected with the device is mainly from:⏹Outdoor high-voltage transmission line, lightning and other exterior electric fields.⏹Indoor environment, flooring material, complete appliance structure and other in-house systems.To avoid the damage caused by static electricity, we shall:⏹Properly ground the device and floor.⏹Apply indoor dust control.⏹Maintain proper temperature and humidity.⏹Before touching the circuit board, wear an anti-static wrist strap and an anti-static uniform.⏹Place the circuit board disassembled face up on the antistatic workbench or in the electromagnetic shielded bag.⏹When observing or transferring the circuit board of breakout gateway, touch the outer edge of circuit board and avoiddirect contact with the components on the circuit board.Anti-InterferenceThe interference as mentioned herein refers to electromagnetic or electrical interference, and the anti-interference requirements are described below:⏹Effective power grid interference control measures shall be taken against the power supply system.⏹The working ground of the breakout gateway shall be kept far away from the grounding device or lightning groundingdevice of power equipment instead of sharing.⏹The gateway shall be kept far away from high-power radio-transmitting station, radar-transmitting station and otherhigh-frequency & heavy-current devices.⏹Electromagnetic shielding measures shall be taken whenever necessary.Installation SiteNo matter the breakout gateway is installed in the cabinet or on the workbench, the following requirements shall be met:⏹Make sure sufficient room has been reserved for the air intake and air vent of breakout gateway to facilitate the heatelimination of the gateway chassis. It is recommended to install the breakout gateway in the 19-inch standard cabinet. Otherwise, install it on a clean and flat surface. In heated areas, the air conditioning system shall be equipped.⏹Make sure the cabinet and workbench is equipped with a good ventilation and cooling system.⏹Make sure the cabinet and workbench is steady enough and capable of withstanding the weight of the breakoutgateway and its accessories.⏹Make sure the cabinet and workbench is properly grounded.Installation Tools and Devices Please prepare the following tools and devices:Installing Breakout GatewayMounting the Breakout GatewayMounting the breakout gateway refers to installing the device to the specified position. Upon completion of installation preparation, fix the breakout gateway to the specified position. The installation position of breakout gateway is generally a cabinet or a workbench.Mounting into a CabinetRuijie breakout gateway products are designed based on the dimension of a standard cabinet. You can install the device with the enclosed fixing accessories.Mounting on a WorkbenchIn most cases, the user does not have a standard cabinet. Instead, the user can place the device on a clean workbench. Although it is easy and simple, you shall pay attention to the following:⏹Guarantee the steadiness and good grounding of the workbench.⏹Attach the rubber pads onto the small holes at the bottom of the breakout gateway, and maintain a minimum of 10cm around the device.⏹Do not place heavy things on the device.Installing Power CablesThe requirements of Ruijie EG series breakout gateway products on AC power supply are described below (refer to Product Overview for detailed parameters):100–240 V / 50–60 Hz.Breakout gateway uses 3-conductor power cables. You are suggested to use a single-phase 3-conductor outlet or a multifunction microcomputer outlet with neutral connector. The neutral point of the power supply shall be securely grounded in the building. In most buildings, the neutral point of a power supply has been grounded during the construction. You need to make sure the power supply is properly grounded.Please take the following steps:⏹Plug one end of the power cable into the power socket on the backpanel of a breakout gateway, and plug the otherend into the AC power supply outlet.⏹Check whether the power LED on the front panel of the breakout gateway lights up or not. The LED indicator will lightup if the power supply is properly connected.EMC GroundingThe grounding required for EMC design includes shielding ground, filter ground, noise and interference suppression, and level reference. All the above constitute the comprehensive grounding requirements. The EG series devices are equipped with a grounding pole at the rear panel, as shown in Figure 3-2.Figure 3-2 EMC GroundingChecking after the InstallationAfter completing the mechanical installation of breakout gateway, perform the following checks before powering on the device:⏹If the device is installed in a cabinet, check whether the angle bar for device installation is steady. The software system of RG-EG105GW(T) supports enterprise-class application control and access authentication. The device also supports the expansion of four wired RJ45 interfaces and allows the access of wireless clients.RG-EG105GW(T) adopts a flexible design that can be mounted on a workbench or wall to effectively save the space. Do not subject the router to unstable voltage, vibration, and noises.●The installation site should remain dry. Keep the device at least 500 m (0.31 mile) away from the ocean anddo not face it towards the sea breeze.●The installation site should be free from water flooding, seepage, dripping, or condensation. The installationsite should be selected subject to the features of network planning and communication equipment, takinginto consideration the climate, hydrology, geology, earthquake, electrical power, and transportation.NotePlease follow the procedures described in the user manual to install and remove the device.2.3 Electric Safety●Observe local regulations and specifications during electric operations. Only personnel with relevantqualifications can perform such operations.●Check whether there are potential risks in the work area. For example, check whether the power supply isgrounded, whether the grounding is reliable, and whether the ground is wet.●Learn about the position of the indoor emergency power switch before installation. Cut off the power switchin case of accidents.●Make sure that the device is powered off when you cut off the power supply.●Do not place the device in a damp/wet location. Do not let any liquid enter the chassis.●Keep the device far away from grounding or lightning protection devices for power equipment.●Keep the device away from radio stations, radar stations, high-frequency high-current devices, andmicrowave ovens.Caution●Improper or incorrect electric operations may cause a fire, electric shock, and other accidents, and lead tosevere and fatal personal injury and device damage.●Direct or indirect contact with high voltage or mains power supply through wet objects may cause fataldangers.2.4 Installation Environment RequirementsThe RG-EG105GW(T) router must be used indoors. To ensure normal operation and prolong the service life of the device, the installation site must meet the following requirements.2.4.1 Installation Requirements●Install the device into an open environment. If the device is installed into a closed environment, ensure thatthe cabinet has proper ventilation and heat dissipation.●Make sure that the installation site is sturdy enough to bear the weight of the device and its accessories.●You are advised to install the device on a standard workbench and maintain a proper clearance around theair vents for heat dissipation.2.4.2 Ventilation RequirementsThe RG-EG105GW(T) router adopts natural cooling. Reserve sufficient space around the device to ensure normal heat dissipation.2.4.3 Temperature and Humidity RequirementsTo ensure the normal operation and prolonged service life of the device, maintain an appropriate temperature and humidity in the equipment room. The equipment room with too high or too low temperature and humidity fora long period may damage the device.●In an environment with high humidity, the insulating material may have poor insulation or even leak electricity.Sometimes it is also prone to changes in the mechanical properties and causes rusting of metal parts.●In an environment with low relative humidity, static electricity is prone to occur and damage the internalcircuits of the device.●Too high temperatures can accelerate the aging of insulation materials, greatly reducing the reliability of thedevice and severely affecting its service life.Table 2-1 Temperature and Humidity Requirements2.4.4 Cleanliness RequirementsDust poses a major threat to the device. The indoor dust takes on a positive or negative static electric charge when falling on the device, causing poor contact of the metallic joint. Such electrostatic adhesion may occur more easily when the relative humidity is low, not only affecting the service life of the device, but also causing communication faults. The following table describes the requirements for the dust content and granularity in the equipment room.Table 2-2 Requirements for DustApart from dust, the salt, acid, and sulfide in the air in the server room must meet strict requirements. These harmful substances will accelerate metal corrosion and component aging. Therefore, the equipment room should be properly protected against the intrusion of harmful gases, such as sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, ammonia and chlorine gas. The following table lists limit values for harmful gases.Table 2-3 Requirements for Gases2.4.5 EMI Requirements●Keep the device away from the grounding equipment or lightning and grounding equipment of the powerdevice as much as possible.●Keep the device far away from radio stations, radar stations, high-frequency high-current devices, andmicrowave ovens.2.5 ToolsTable 2-4 ToolsNoteThe router is delivered without a tool kit. The tool kit is customer-supplied.3 Installing the RouterThe RG-EG105GW(T) router must be installed indoors.3.1 Installation ProcedureTo avoid damage to the router, please follow the steps for installation.3.2 Before You BeginPlease confirm that you have read Chapter 2 carefully and that the requirements described in Chapter 2 are all met.3.2.1 Pre-installation ChecklistCarefully plan and arrange the installation position, networking mode, power supply, and cabling before installation. Confirm the following requirements before installation:●The installation site provides sufficient space for heat dissipation.●The installation site meets the temperature and humidity requirements of the device.●The power supply and required current are available in the installation site.●The selected power supply meets the system power requirements.●The installation site meets the cabling requirements of the device.●The installation site meets the site requirements of the device.●The custom device meets the requirements of the user.3.2.2 PrecautionsTo ensure the normal operation and prolonged service life of the device, please observe the following precautions:●Do not power on the device during installation.●Install the device in a well-ventilated location.●Do not subject the device to high temperatures.●Keep away from high voltage cables.●Install the device indoors.●Do not expose the device in a thunderstorm or strong electric field.●Keep the device clean and dust-free.●Cut off the power switch before cleaning the device.●Do not wipe the device with a damp cloth.●Do not wash the device with liquid.●Do not open the enclosure when the device is working.●Fasten the device tightly.3.3 Installing the RouterNote●You are advised to install the device where you can get the optimal coverage. Keep the front panel of the device facing the coverage area.●The installation guide is for reference only. The actual product shall prevail.●Make sure that the power socket is available around the device subject to the power cord length of theadapter.3.3.1 Installing the Router on a Wall(1) Drill two holes on the wall. 随着网络的发展，互联网应用已经渗透到社会生活的每一个角落，成为人们学习、工作、生活不可或缺的工具，成为企业运营的基础平台。
互联网的开放性、交互性、延伸性为人们快速获取知识、即时沟通以及跨地域交流提供了极大的便利；与此同时，互联网的便利性与虚拟性也成为各种不和谐行为滋生的温床，诽谤中伤、网络恶搞、人肉搜索、工作时间“偷菜”、BT下载、色情网站等问题，就像打开了潘多拉盒子，越来越对国家安定、社会和谐、企业效率、青少年成长等提出了严峻的挑战
EasyGate易网关（以下简称EG）是锐捷网络公司推出的一款解决当下网络出口难题的多业务综合网关产品。
作为锐捷网络完全自主研发的综合网关，EG产品集成先进的软硬件体系构架，配以先进的DPI深入分析引擎、行为分析/管理引擎，能够在保证网络出口高效转发的基础上，提供专业的流控功能、出色的URL过滤以及本地化的日志存储/审计服务。
此外，EG的多业务特性还体现在对WEB认证、SSL VPN等功能的支持上。
EG易网关的高性能和七层多业务特性，将大大简化中小规模网络出口的部署难题。
我们不再需要考虑应该使用防火墙、流量控制设备还是路由器，亦或者产品的相互结合。

3 产品特性
高性能转发，搭建好网络出口基础平台
●从底层硬件架构保证：采用MIPS多核高性能处理器，4G DDRII内存，全千兆接口器
件。
内置电信级宽频开关电源，具有防雷、防过压、防浪涌设计，适应电压不稳定场合。
●重视设备线速转发能力：支持超大容量的200万条NA T会话，极限NA T吞吐量5Gbps。
基于锐捷自主研发的RGOS网络操作平台，提供电信级网络产品的高性能、高稳定性。
状态防火墙，做好内、外网的安全保护
●EG易网关作为网络出口设备集成丰富的防火墙功能：
●快速包过滤：EG提供性能卓越的ACL包过滤功能，支持标准和扩展的ACL访问控制
列表。
EG采用先进的流表处理技术，利用源IP、目的IP、源端口、目的端口、协议号
等5个元素来定义一条流。
●报文过滤：报文过滤是防火墙最基本的功能，根据安全策略对数据流进行检查，让合法
的流量通过，将非法的流量阻止，从而达到访问控制的目的。
●状态检测：对基于六元组来识别网络流量，并针对每条网络流量建立从二层至七层的状
态信息。
并基于这些状态信息进行各种丰富的安全控制和更深粒度的报文过滤。
●攻击防御：基于状态检测，EG可以防御的各种网络攻击包括：IP畸形包攻击、IP假冒、
TCP劫持入侵、SYN flood、Smurf、Ping of Death、Teardorp、Land、ping flood、UDP Flood
等.
继承锐捷专业流控，为网络出口全面提速
●EG易网关采用锐捷自主研发的新一代DPI引擎，能够准确识别包括P2P应用、IM、
炒股软件、流媒体、企业办公、网络游戏等在内的总共600多种协议。
●网络流量的实时采集、监控和精细分析使得网络运行状况、应用情况、带宽使用情
况等状况完全可视化。
基于协议和基于用户的实时流量分析器，提供基于源/目的
IP地址、服务端口、应用协议、Session数以及流量大小等详细信息。
●支持基于用户（源IP地址）、目标IP地址、时间、协议和应用等为参数进行灵活的
阻断与允许功能。
包括：进行上行与下行带宽控制、进行Session数量控制等。
●支持组对象的配置，如定义用户组（IP组）、协议组（如P2P协议组、游戏组）对
同一类型的应用、相同级别的用户进行带宽管理策略的控制。
自主研发URL过滤，跟非法网络说ByeBye
●锐捷自主研发中文URL数据库：锐捷EG自主研发的URL系统全天候获取URL
信息，锐捷URL规则库分为41个类别，600万条目数，已基本覆盖中国大陆地区
的网站。

●定期自动更新URL库：类似于windows自动更新程式，让设备可设定时间，定期
从锐捷服务器获得最新URL库，保证设备URL的实效性和准确性
深层次内容审计，本地化日志记录，基于用户身份的审计功能
日志对于网络安全的分析和设备的安全管理非常重要，尤其在配合公安机关进行反向查询和
定位安全事件的时候。
EG针对经过出口的数据流、设备和网络攻击进行相关日志信息的记录。
为用户事后分析、审计提供重要信息（日志支持远程web查看和检索）。
EG易网关的日志审计包括：
●Flow流日志：源IP、目的IP、源端口、目的端口、流起始时间、结束时间、接受字节
数，发送字节数等关键信息
●出口NA T日志：经过NA T转换前的源IP地址、源端口，经过NA T转换后的源IP地址、
源端口，所访问的目的IP、目的端口、协议、开始时间、结束时间等关键信息
●URL日志：支持上网五元组、HTTP访问的详细URL日志记录功能。
●设备日志：设备状态，系统事件日志
●攻击日志：设备网络受到攻击的日志信息
EG易网关的内容审计包括：
●支持邮件内容审计：邮件客户端方式，如foxmail、outlook等；webmail方式，如新浪、
163、雅虎等；
●支持聊天内容审计：QQ、MSN等；
●支持BBS论坛内容审计：天涯社区、猫扑、动网官方网站、PHPWIN官方网站等
●支持加密内容审计、UDP内容审计；
EG内置160G企业级SA TA硬盘，支持日志本地化存储，和异地集中存储两种方式。
设备软、硬件高可靠性，保障网络出口不中断运行
●支持桥接模式、路由模式、旁路模式等多种部署方式，充分满足多种环境下的部署要求：
1）桥接透明接入不改变任何其他设备配置，实现完整URL过滤、流量控制、内容审计；
2）旁路方式确保网络无单点故障，不对网络性能产生任何影响。
●内置硬件BYPASS，保证设备掉电、重启等异常情况下转发不中断；
