When parents name their child, they usually endow good will to the name, for example, “jian” and “kang”, which means healthy in Chinese. However, when it comes to the importance of names, views differ from person to person.
Some people hold the idea that choose a good name is very important. A good name sometimes brings you good luck. For example, when you seek for a job, a good name will enlight the manager and he may wish to have a deep talk with you.
Others think that a name is of no importance to a person. Y ou can have whatever name you want. A person with an extrodinary name isn’t deemed to be successful. What counts most is his true ablility, but not his name.
In my view, name is important to a person. A saying goes like that, “Don’t judge a person just by his first apperance”. But in reality, many people just judge a person by his or her name. If you have a bad name, maybe many opportunities have slip away without your realization. It is a sad truth, but it happens everyday.
Name is the first code for everybody and will follow us all over the life.
Some people believe the name is a very important thing in our life. They think that the name could decide the impress of others for you, because name is the first impress to everyone. For example, some people like their children’s name has “sunshine” in it. And have a good name could take you more respect. Even some people believe that a good name could take you good luck.
While, some people think that name isn’t important. They believe the name is just a name. It isn’t means nothing. People wouldn’t more lucky just because he or she has a beautiful name. So they treat name just so-so.
In my opinion, name couldn’t take you good luck. Y ou work hard and do your best, so you win. But a good name could take you power that you could believe yourself. Y ou can be better done because of your self.
I can win because I am who I am. All in all, name is just a code. We do our best, and we win.
A name, as a symbol of somebody, may be important to someone. They think a good name will take them good luck and happiness. So when they were born, their father and mother have already given them the name, just like John and Mike. Maybe they successed in their business just for a good name.
But someone else think it’s not important. The name is just a symbol, it’s not necessary to their business or family. Their success and happiness completely due to their hard work and the psychology. If they become successful and famous, other people may remember their names at the same time.
I think the names as a symbol of ours are important to us. Maybe somebody else just recognize you through your name, and at the same time it will take you some unexpected experience and luckies, so if everyone have their own names why not give a good name?
To some extend, as the children’s parents, if you give your kids a good name, it can also
exibit your knowledge and wisdom. So I think a good man should have a good name.
Different people have different names, some beautiful and impressive, while others difficult to remember.
Some people hold the opinion that nothing can play a more important role for a person than his or her name. A multitude of factors, both social and individual, can contribute to the importance of a name. In the first place, a good and creative name can show your character and personality. What’s more, an impressive name can help building a good interpersonal relationship. In addition, some people believe that an excellent name can bring about good fortunes and luck.
However, other people insist that we should not attach too much importance to a name. they think that a name is no more than a symbol that has nothing to do with a person’s character or interests. Furthermore, countless people with good names have landed in prison while those with ordinary names have made great contributions to society.
From my perspective, although a name is indispensable in social life, its importance should not be overemphasized. Name is but a name. It is our own efforts that play a decisive role in determining our future.。
