How to keep psychological health
Nowadays ,many people only chase physical material but ignore their mental needs.With the number of committing suicide increasing,mental health has become a more troublesome issue.Faced with this phenomenon,we must pay attention to keeping psychological health.
To begin with,we'd better take our mental health seriously and open our heart to others .When we feel in low mood,we should turn to our respected teacher or our close friend but not escape these problems.Second,we should keep a high passion towards our daily life.In other words,we would better keep a heart of childishness.Third,we should develop our interests in other things and keep an eye of beauty at our sides.What's more,our school should attach importance to psychological health ,open more classes about psychology,and invite some specialists to give some speeches to help ease students' st but not least,our country can build a harmonious atmosphere to make civilians feel more comfort and find our society more harmony.
To conclude,we people should not take psychological health for granted but think highly of our feelings.Besides,we should be cooperative to help people who are suffering mental stress and give our hands to pull them out of this situation.Please remember that only we take psychological health seriously can we live a happy life.
