Some people think that children should begin learning a foreigh language as soon as they start school. Do you agree or disagree with this idea?

The question is indeed quite arguable. Some people agree with the idea that children should learn foreign languages in school while some people don’t agree with it. So before either agree or disgree with it, we’d better list all the facts and then made an analysis(分析) one by one in order to understand better.
