By making use of 3D models of the facilities and workpieces,
robot programming and simulations can easily be performed on
the PC.
Off-line veri cation in advance reduces the risk of problems at
the time of start up of robot systems.
It can recognize randomly stacked irregular objects.
In a palletizing and de-palletizing process, objects can
be identi ed automatically without prior registration of
objects' data.
Putting a limit on the robot motion range and monitoring the speed,
