With the entrance of WTO, our domestic enterprises have been facing more severe competitions. Thus formal scientific management has become a very important issue to lead our enterprises to the track of healthy fast development. No doubt that MBA program is the very effective way to cultivate proper excellent talent to the society. I have the strong wish to become a qualified manager. With 3 years working experiences, I have deeply understood the complications and charm of wonderful management skills. T o prepare myself a better theory system and skills, I feel I should go on further study. So I took the MBA examination. With these years’ development, the current MBA program has been more and more mature and has shown its charm. The best example is that every year there are thousands of experienced people have the desire to be an MBA candidate. Now MBA program has emphasize more on candidates’ comprehensive
qualities instead of the high scores in the written exams. As we all know, the interview is a very effective way to choose the best talents! But as a coin has two sides, MBA program can’ t avoid side effect either. The text book is one problem, it has very little successful or even failed cases of domestic enterprises. Most theories are from abroad, which might not apply to the complicated and immature Chinese enterprises. Another problem is that domestic MBA should set up real valuable brand names, so that domestic MBAs has more competition advantage facing the overseas MBAs.4. What’ the difference between MBA program at home and abroad? T o evaluate MBA program, I think the following 3 aspects are very important: students, teacher and text books. First the way to select MBA candidate is different: different entrance examination, MBA examination at home focus on testing students’ basic subjects knowledge, while MBA abroad mainly emphasize on students logic thinking ability. Second the teaching staff is quite different. The teaching staff for domestic MBA program are mainly consist of experienced teacher that has deep theory and knowledge system but with no real management experiences. While many teachers abroad are from famous enterprises, so they might offer students more practical skills. Third is the content of textbook, though they might be similar in
content since we borrow a lot from foreign management ideas and cases, but the application scope is different: Chinese enterprises are still immature and have hidden many potential problems that might never existed in the foreign companies. So we need to develop more ideas and solutions that can apply to Chinese own styles.

only when I was a little child ,did I know that XXXXX uniersity is a famours comprehensive college.it has long history,the best faculty and students.especially for that it has its own strenth in the financial area.there are many famours financial scholars in XXXXX univesity. now XXXXX uniersity has form its own characteristic in mba program.here,I feel the professors of reda are all kind ,knowledgeable,vigorours.and all the students are industrious.they have great goal.and they get achievements through hard work step by step.
4 whats the difference between mba program at home and abroad?
the mba program has been invited into china for above ten years.these years,our country's mab has greater promotion beginning.and it has cultivated thousands of professional managers for the big companies at home.but due to many reasons ,there are still many differences between mba program at home and abroad.
first,the mba program has only been developed in china for about ten years ,while it has a history of nearly a hundreds years .so,china's mab educaiton are so not ripe as abroad. second,there are even many special business colleges.these colleges have the best intelligent resources of mba.their teachers don't only have comprhensive knowleges but have working experiences.
so they are really good at teaching mba program.
third,most of the best enterprises are in abrod,so ,they have more lively cases about business.so they are more closer to the real market.

most of all I want to surpass myself.I want to create a new opportunities for myself.I once heard that the clever create chance,and the common hold the chance,but the folish lose the chance.I want to be the clever.as we enter the wto,more and more multinational companies are crowding into china.along with it ,our country will lure more and more foreign capitals.so ,china's economy will have to face the problem of globalization.then china's companies will need more professional manager with advanced management theory!
7:why do you think you are qualified for mba students?
first I like challenge.second I like studying.next,I had a srong body.at last ,I like this career.after garaduation I worked in the bank of agriculture development in jixi city heilongjiang province.at first,I thought that I will only be engaged in computer for my whole life.however,this is a new established
bank.everything is a blank paper,including the computer.but now ,everthing about computer had been ready,including software and hardware.I communciate well with leaders,colleages,subordinates.
8:do you have a career plan in 5 years?
first I want to work in a company with good future .I will not care for it is big or small.I want to learn management experiences from working for it.at the same time ,I will search a bright direction for myself.then if it is ripe

yes of course.I want to make my management knowleges systematical.first I will try harder to improve my english,because it will be a just needed tools to catch hold of advanced knowleges .

10:whats your opinion about the requirment that mba student musthave working experience.
my opinion is that the working experience is important for a mba students.the reason are as follows.
first,only with working experiences can they comprhend the business lessons better,because most of the lessons are the real cases about the business and market.
second,to be the professional manager in the future,they must have potential ability in business.the working experiences can help us select the better.
11:do you think english is quite important in mba study ?why. yes,I think so.because nowadys,most of the advanced theory and knowleges on business are written in english.and in the long run,the globalization of economy will be deepen.we will have to
negotiate with foreign company more ofen,so the
english becomes more important.

Yes. Because many textbooks are written in English and many subjects are taught in English too.on the other hand, there are more and more international enterprises now. We are working in a multinational circumstance and get technical or manager information written in English. For instance, I work in a foreign company, if I couldn’t speak English, I could not communicate with our colleague.
