为加入贵司的绿色环保供应链，我司承诺按照REACH 法规要求供应给贵司的物料或与贵司的委外加工合作中，皆符合欧盟《化学物品的注册、评估、授权
与限制的法规》（1907/2006/EC）要求。
若违反以上REACH 法规，本公司愿承担因本公司所供物料引起的一切责任。

A Guarantee of Substances Contained in Products or Materials
With this notice, we provide you with a guarantee for the products or materials that we deliver to ___________________Co., Ltd ,based on statute
1907/2006/EC of the European Chemicals Agency on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals(REACH). We would like to take responsibility for any disobedience and superscale Substances of very high concern within the statute.
This guarantee, included in the purchasing contract we will sign, shall be effective since the issue day of REACH.
