金寨华润希望小镇地处大别山腹地，建设内容包括新建希望小学和幼儿园、综合服务中心等公共服务设施，改建、新建农宅，完善市政基础设施建设和绿色能源供给，重塑田园风光和文化特色。

小学和幼儿园总体空间布局一如孩子们日常熟悉的乡村小街，从校门、教室到阅览室、音体室，再到食堂和宿舍，街巷曲折，屋檐错落，形成尺度亲和、自然活泼的乡村小学特色。

学校入口处的一片红墙，是用农宅整治中的废弃瓷砖垃圾，低技再生为混凝土空心砌块砌筑，成为乡村生活记忆的延续。

综合服务中心包括小镇管理、展示、图书馆、卫生院、华润超市等不同功能部分，设计通过四水归堂天井和街巷空间穿插组合，配以粉墙黛瓦和散落乡野的老屋构件
装饰，成为连接小镇过去、现在与未来的重要公共建筑。

Jinzhai CR Hope Town is located in the hinterland of the Dabie Mountain Area, which contains a new hope primary school, a kindergarten, integrated service centre and other public service facilities, reconstruct or newly build farm houses, improve the municipal infrastructure and green energy supply system, and remodel pastoral scenery and culture features. The overall layout of the primary school and the kindergarten is arranged according to rural street that children are familiar with, from the school gate, classrooms to the reading room, music & PE room, and then to the cafeteria and dormitory, streets twisting and turning, eaves scattering, which create the natural country primary school features with scale affinity and full of life. A red wall at the school entrance, which is constructed with the concrete hollow building blocks that are low-tech regenerated from the waste tiles garbage during the farm house renovation, becomes the persistence of a rural life memory.
The integrated service centre involves several functional parts, including the town management, display, library, health centre and China Resources Supermarket. Using the combination of courtyards and alleys, it is decorated with white walls, black tiles and scattered components of old houses, as an important public building connecting the town's past, present and the future.。
