(1) Play the video about the text.
(2) Remember the text by singing a song:
A: Good morning, mom/dad.
What's for breakfast?
B: We have eggs, bread and milk.
A: Great, thank you, mom.
A: Hello, mom. What's for lunch?
B: We have rice, we have chicken,
We have vegetables, we have soup.
A: V ery good, so wonderful!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
They are good for us.
Step 3. Practice

1.Summary:
Show and enjoy some pictures, then tell the students: we
should have healthy foods and don’t waste foodsin daily life.
