Step1 Warming --- up
T: What’s your favorite fruit?
S: Apple….
T: What’s your favorite drink?
S: Milk….
Step2 Leading---in
T: Milk shake is very delicious, do you like it?
Can you make a banana milk shake?
We’re going to learn how to make a banana milk shake together.
Firstly, we should know what we need. (The teacher shows
students the pictures of milk, ice-cream, banana, and blender.)
The teacher also shows pictures of some verb phrases.
Step3 Practice
Task1 Do 1a. Ask Ss to write the names of the actions. Choose the
correct words and fill in the blanks, then check the answers.
T: Now we’re going to watch a video of making a banana milk
shake, I have many steps here, if I make the video stop, you
please tell me the right step, ok?
S: F. Peel the bananas.
B. Cut up the bananas.
E. Put the bananas in the blender.
D. Pour the milk into the blender.
A. Turn on the blender.

Task2 Do 1b. Listen and put the instructions in order.
