By observing the above regulations, we have fulfilled our duty of care regarding the compliance of the product we supply.
This letter is intended for your company only and replaces previous Certificates of Compliance.
It is valid only when signed by us. After a break in delivery lasting more than 12 months, this letter ceases to be valid for new deliveries of the relevant product.
The Certificate is valid as of the date specified below and it will be replaced in case of change of material composition or when the relevant legislation is modified and updated in such a manner as to require a new evaluation of the regulatory compliance.
