以下为一些「禁忌」（taboo）的美语之整理。

毕竟这些都是咱们日常生活的一部分，说不定有一天这些「禁忌」之语还能「派上用场」呢！厕所在美国一般都叫rest room或bath room（男女厕均可）或分别叫做men‘s room 或ladi es‘ room（=powder room），不过在飞机上，则叫lavatory，在军中又叫latrine。

至于W.C.（water clos et）仍是过去英国人用的，在美国，几乎没有人使用。

解小便最普通的说法是to urinate（名词是urination），如果去看病，护士为了化验小便，就会给你一个杯子说：「Will （could）y ou urinate i n this c up？」医生或许也会问：「Do you have tr oubl e urinating？」=Do y ou hav e difficulty voiding？（小便有困难吗？）此外，还有其他的说法：to piss = to tak e a piss = to tak e a l eak = to v oi d = to empty。

例如：I need to piss = I have to take a leak.How often do you get up at night to void？（晚上起床小便几次？）此外，john（j 小写时，不是男人名字）是bath room 或toilet 的意思（也叫outhouse），这通常是指在户外工作场地所使用的临时或流动性厕所（有时前面也加portable 一字）。

不过也有老外把家里的厕所叫做john。

Likewise leaves, bird droppings and other debris coming to rest either on or around the solar modules should be carefully removed.If you notice your system is not operating correctly, please check the Trouble Shooting section of this document.If you need to shut down the System please follow these steps in order.1.Switch off the DC Isolator adjacent to the Inverter2.Switch off the AC isolator adjacent to the InverterFollowing these steps will safely isolate the solar array. To switch it back on, you simply reverse the procedure. Always remember that your system will be generating electricity during daylight hours and care should always be taken to eliminate the risk of electric shock. Refer to the OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS on in this document for more information.3.0 How Your Solar PV System WorksThe following illustration and narrative explains how your solar electricity system works –Figure 1 Key Components of the PV System1.The solar electric modules are usually fitted to the roof. The number of modules will depend onthe nominal size of your system and, collectively, they are known as the solar array. The solararray converts daylight into direct current (DC) electricity.2.The DC electricity is fed to the inverter which is normally in the utility or the loft of the building.The inverter converts the DC electricity to alternating current (AC) electricity which iscompatible with the electricity supplied to your house from the grid. The inverters have a digitalreadout so you can monitor information such as the amount of solar electricity produced, etc.Refer to the separate inv erter owner’s manual for more information.3.The power produced by the PV system is now consumed by the electric loads in the building.Only the electricity not first consumed by the building will be exported to the grid.3.1 System PerformanceDuring daylight hours, your system will be generating electricity at varying rates depending on the amount of sunshine. The more sunlight falling on the solar array the more electricity is generated; variable factors such as cloud cover, seasonal solar angle variations, shading or soiling of the solar array will have an effect on the electricity output.Note that you do not need to change your energy usage lifestyle to correspond with your solar system. Your energy consumption will be supplied by both solar and the grid.3.2 Energy conservationYour solar electricity system represents an investment in your future energy needs as well as a benefit to theproblems such as smog, acid rain and global warming, your solar electricity system does not produce any air or water pollution while it is generating electricity.Considering that it generates free electricity from daylight, it makes sense to consider the other side of the energy equation – your electricity consumption. You need not make any significant changes to your comfortable lifestyle but there are some simple things you can do to save energy and reduce your bill further –•Install a solar hot water system that will provide all of your hot water using a combination of free solar energy and purchased conventional energy;•Replace other inefficient appliances, such as old refrigerators, with new high efficiency appliances;•Replace incandescent light bulbs and downlights with energy efficient LED lighting;•Save standby power by switching off appliances at the power point when not in use or using ESPD’s - Energy Saving Power Devices;•Switch off lights and other appliances when not needed;•Avoid leaving computers on all day and night;Thus you will be saving money on both sides of the energy equation – on the supply side by generating your own free electricity, and on the demand side by practising sound energy conservation.4.0 Operating instructionsYour solar electricity system is designed for automatic operation without need for user intervention. There are no moving parts or need for the owner to interact with its operation.In the case of mains grid supply failure the inverter will immediately and automatically be disabled. This is known as “anti-islanding” and it protects linesmen from an electric shock from your system when they assume the grid is “dead”. Once the grid power has been restored, the inverter will be automatically re-enabled.4.1 Operating safety instructions•Do not attempt to service the system unless you are fully qualified to do so. To service any electrical connection you MUST be a licensed electrician.•All service work must be carried out in strict compliance with all local and national electrical regulations and standards.•Review and follow all safety instructions supplied with all components of your solar electricity system.•Do not attempt to clean or come in contact with the surface of a solar module with broken glass. This could result in a dangerous electric shock.•Be aware that power may be present at any point in electrical circuits despite the opening of circuit breakers or isolators.•Circuit breakers can trip automatically if problems occur. 由于时间紧，任务重，以至于俺每晚都翻译到十一点，有天晚上甚至翻到半夜两点半（当然，主要是为了看半夜两点四十五分的欧冠联赛，呵呵。

No aplica al servicio de propaganda comercial.Servicio de Notificación: los PPN´s podrán enviar su correspondencia mediante un formato especial provisto por SEPOMEX a los destinatarios, con especificaciones establecidas por el propio PPN.Este servicio adicional consiste en entregar una pieza sólo al destinatario previa identificación oficial o, entrega de la pieza a cualquier persona que se encuentre en el domicilio y presente identificación oficial.A continuación, se describen las características de cada uno de los servicios que se prestan al amparo de la franquicia postal.I. CartasLas cartas son comunicaciones personales de carácter confidencial, contenidas en sobre o empaque cerrado y un peso máximo de 1,000 gramos por pieza. Respuestas a promociones comercialesLas respuestas a promociones comerciales son tarjetas o sobres que se deriven de actividades de los PPN´S, que requieran contestación por parte de los destinatarios, siendo su entrega a través de la Red Postal y con un peso máximo de 1,000 gramos.V. ImpresosLos impresos depositados por los representantes acreditados, serán aquellos impresos que se remitan en paquetes, a un mismo destinatario, sin importar su periodicidad, con un peso máximo de 2,000 gramos por pieza.VI. （十三）职业变更 (78)●目的为了了解客服部门保全在LA中操作，所以制作了此使用手册。

●适用范围本手册适用于客服部所有客服代表查看，特别是保全团队客服代表。

● LIFE ASIA 使用指南一、系统信息查询（一）查询基本信息从主菜单中选择“保单查询”选项并按回车键。

选择“保单明细”选项。

输入保险单编号并且选择A。

或者在保单号处按F4 ，然后根据投保人的姓名或身份证号来查询该保单。

按F10后弹出以下界面，从中你可以利用任何你手中的信息来查询该保单。

在选定保单号后，按回车键。

在此可查询很多信息，如：承保日期、被保险人、交易记录、保险金额、身故保险金受益人信息（“特征”项下可查）等等。

该界面中所有带下划线的域，都可打“X”进去查询。

如果想获得进一步信息，可用“1”选择并按回车键。

如：从“额外明细”选项你可以获得客户交保费的自动付款授权的相关信息。

（二）打印《保单概要》在主菜单中选择“保单服务”选项。

选择“保单摘要打印”选项。

键入保险单编号，并且选择A操作。

然后你会看见以下界面。

按回车键即可打出保单摘要。

（三）打印《退保说明书》从主菜单中选择“保单查询”选项。

选择“保单明细”选项。

键入保险单编号，并选择操作C。

在“合计”栏可以看到整个退保金额。

在主险/附加险明细栏下面有个R/I选项，里面不同的字母代表不同的意义： A基金价值 B终了红利 M市场价值调整C 退保费用合计=A+B-M-C+其他调整（四）查询通讯地址从主菜单中选择“保单查询”选项。

选择“保单明细”选项。

键入保险单编号并选择操作A，回车进入“保单明细”界面。

进入“特征”选项，选择特征是通讯地址的客户，然后就可以看到客户的通讯地址了。

（五）查询保单相关费用从主菜单中选择保单查询选项。

选择“保单明细”选项。

键入保险单编号，并且选择操作A。

选择“分支账目”选项。

所有此屏幕上的数据都是该账户的累计值。

你可以找到MC,PE 以及 CD账户。

LE CD 是指资产管理费用、风险保险费和保单管理费之和。

LE MC是指风险保险费。

LE FE 是指保单管理费用。

LE NI是指保单获取费用。

如果你想查该科目的明细，选择该科目并且回车即可。

（六）查询现有付款方式登陆系统，你会看到系统主菜单。

选择“保单查询”。

回车。

查询主菜单出现。

回车。

你会看到保单查询主菜单。

键入保单号码。

如果你不知道保单号码，那么可以在“保单号”栏按F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在客户前面打“1”来选择该客户。

（可以用PageDown和PageUp来翻页。

）回车。

你会看见客户联络表界面。

选择你所要得保单。

在域前按“1”回车。

又回到保单查询子菜单。

“保单号”域已经有了数值。

“选项”栏中被默认为A。

回车。

你会看到保单明细界面。

“支付方法”栏如果显示是D，意味着客户使用自动转账方式。

如果是C，则表明客户用银行转账方式。

按F3 退出。

又回到“保单查询子菜单”。

二、系统信息变更（一）变更通讯地址登陆后进入系统主菜单。

选择“保单服务”。

回车。

保单服务主菜单出现。

选择“细微更改”选项。

回车。

你会看到“细微更改”子菜单。

键入保险单编号。

如果不知道保险单编号，可以在“保单号”栏按F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在客户前面打“1”来选择该客户。

（可以用PageDown和PageUp来翻页。

）回车。

你会看见客户联络表界面。

选择你所要得保单。

在域前按“1”。

回车。

回到“细微更改子菜单”。

“保单号”域已经有了数值。

“选项”栏中被默认为C。

回车。

你会看到“通信地址”界面。

可在“通信地址”栏按F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在客户前打“2”来选择该投保人。

回车。

你会看到“客户维护-个人”界面。

更改客户地址。

回车。

回到“客户名单”。

你会看见客户名单界面，在客户前面打“1”来选择该投保人。

回车。

又回到通信地址。

“通信地址”域已经有了数值。

在原因处按F4。

你会看见关于原因代码的表项目查询界面，在通信描述处打“1”。

回车。

又回到通信地址。

“原因”域已经有了显示。

回车。

回到细微更改子菜单。

在屏幕的左下方有一行字“最后交易已处理”。

（二）变更其他地址登陆系统，你会看到系统主菜单。

选择“客户和组合”。

回车。

客户主菜单出现。

选择“客户维护”。

回车。

客户维护子菜单出现。

键入客户号码或其身份证号码。

如果你忘记号码，那么可以在“客户号”栏按F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在客户前面打“1”来选择需修改的客户。

回车。

回到“客户维护子菜单”。

“保单号”域已经有了数值。

“选项”栏中被默认为C。

回车。

你会看到“客户维护-个人”界面。

修改客户地址。

回车。

回到客户维护子菜单。

在屏幕的左下方有一行字“客户XXXXXX修改”。

（三）变更身故保险金受益人登陆系统，你会看到系统主菜单。

选择“保单服务”。

回车。

保单服务主菜单出现。

选择“细微更改”选项。

回车。

你会看到“细微更改”子菜单。

键入保险单编号。

如果不知道保险单编号，可以在“保单号”栏按F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在客户前面打“1”来选择该客户。

（可以用PageDown和PageUp来翻页。

）回车。

你会看见客户联络表界面。

选择你所要得保单。

在域前按“1”。

回车。

回到“细微更改子菜单”。

“保单号”域已经有了数值。

“选项”栏中被默认为A。

回车。

你会看到“保单受益人”界面。

在“关系”栏按F4。

你会看见关于关系的表项目查询界面，在描述处打“1”。

回车。

回到“保单受益人”。

在“分配%”栏输入百分比。

可以在“受益人”栏按F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在客户前面打“1”来选择受益人。

如果受益人不在名单中，F7增加。

进入“客户维护-个人”界面。

输入受益人细节。

回车。

又回到保单受益人。

“受益人”域已经有了数值。

在“有效从”域上输入申请表签字日。

回车。

回到细微更改子菜单。

在屏幕的左下方有一行字“最后交易已处理”。

✍如果需取消受益人，在“保单受益人”界面删除相关内容。

✍如需更改受益人，在“保单受益人”界面删除原有受益人相关内容，F4选择新受益人。

（如果客户名单中无新受益人信息，F7添加）然后回车。

✍当你进入“保单受益人”界面后，你可以修改里面关于受益人的任何信息，比如“分配%”、“有效从”。

做完变更后回车即可。

✍变更的同时请注意检查一下受益份额，所有的“分配”百分比之和须是100%。

（四）变更客户信息登陆系统，你会看到系统主菜单。

选择“客户和组合”。

回车。

客户主菜单出现。

选择“客户维护”。

回车。

客户维护子菜单出现。

键入客户号码或其身份证号码。

如果你忘记号码，那么可以在“客户号”栏按F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在客户前面打“1”来选择需修改的客户。

回车。

回到“客户维护子菜单”。

“保单号”域已经有了数值。

“选项”栏中被默认为C。

回车。

你会看见“客户维护子菜单”界面。

修改细节如：姓名、性别、地址、电话号码、身份证号码、生日等。

修改以后，回车。

回到客户维护子菜单。

在屏幕的左下方有一行字“客户XXXXXX修改”。

（五）变更投保人登陆系统，你会看到系统主菜单。

选择“保单服务”。

回车。

保单服务主菜单出现。

选择“细微更改”选项。

回车。

你会看到“细微更改”子菜单。

键入保险单编号。

如果不知道保险单编号，那么可以在“保单号”栏按F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在客户前面打“1”来选择该客户。

（可以用PageDown和PageUp来翻页。

）回车。

你会看见客户联络表界面。

选择你所要得保单。

在域前按“1”。

回车。

回到“细微更改子菜单”。

“保单号”域已经有了数值。

“选项”栏中被默认为E。

回车。

你会看到“保单投保人”界面。

删除原有号码，F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在新投保人处打“1”。

如果投保人是新客户，F7进入“客户维护-个人”界面增加。

输入投保人细节。

回车。

又回到保单投保人。

“新投保人”域已经有了数值。

在“原因”栏按F4。

你会看见关于原因代码的表项目查询界面，在描述处打“1”。

回车。

又回到保单投保人。

“原因”域已经有了数值。

回车。

回到细微更改子菜单。

在屏幕的左下方有一行字“最后交易已处理”。

如果在分期交费期限内的，变更投保人后也要变更付款人。

F3 返回选择保单服务主菜单出现。

选择“收费更改”选项。

回车。

你会看到“收费更改”子菜单。

输入需修改的保险单编号，“选项”栏中被默认为A。

回车。

你会看到“保单明细”界面。

在付款人栏输入“X”，回车。

你会看到有关原有投保人的“付款人明细”界面。

删除原有号码，F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在新投保人处打“1”。

回车。

又回到付款人明细界面。

“付款人号”域已经有了数值。

按F5。

显示新付款人信息。

回车。

进入“DD授权明细”界面。

如果付款方式是自动转帐，需更改授权。

F4进入“建立授权”界面。

在“银行账号”栏按F4 。

进入“客户银行名单”菜单。

按F7 来添加银行账号信息。

进入“银行明细”界面。

在“票据交换所”栏按F4。

进入“表项目查询”界面。

在所选项目前键入“1”。

回车。

回到“银行明细”。

在“银行/分行代码”栏按F4。

进入“客户银行/分行明细”界面。

在所选项目前按“1”。

回车。

回到银行明细界面。

键入客户新的账户姓名和账号。

回车。

返回“建立授权”界面。

回车。

进入“直接借记”界面回车。

进入DD授权明细界面。

回车。

回到“保单明细”界面。

付款人处显示“+”。

回车。

回到收费更改子菜单。

在屏幕的左下方有一行字“最后交易已处理”。

（六）变银行转账为自动转账登陆系统。

你会看到“系统主菜单”选择“保单服务”选项。

回车。

你会看到“保单服务主菜单”。

选择“交费更改”选项。

回车。

你会看到“收费更改”子菜单。

键入保单号码。

如果不知道保单号码，可以在“保单号”栏按F4。

你会看见客户名单界面，在客户前面打“1”来选择该客户。
