大鼠背阔肌肌皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤局部缺血预处理及肢体远程缺血预处理的影响对比

(Department of Hand Surgery,401 Hospital of PLA,Qingdao 266071,Shandong,China) Abstract：Objective To compare the effects of ischemic preconditioning and remote ischemic preconditioning on ischemia reperfusion injury of rat latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap.Methods 40 healthy male SD rats weighing 250-300g were selected from the Animal Experimental Center of Guangxi Medical University.They were randomly divided into limb ischemic preconditioning group,ischemic preconditioning group and ischemic group and control group,10 in each group.The right femoral artery of the limb ischemic preconditioning group was clamped with a non -invasive vascular clamp,and the thoracodorsal artery of the ischemic preconditioning group was clamped,and the thoracodorsal artery of the ischemic group was clamped.Rats in the control group were only threaded in the thoracodorsal artery and were not ligated.Serum NO and ET levels were measured by ELISA in pre-ischemic (T0),ischemic 3h (T1),and 1h (T2)after perfusion.Results When the serum NO level was lower than T0 in the limb ischemic preconditioning group,the ischemic preconditioning group and the ischemic group,the serum ET level was higher than T0,and the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05);serum NO level was lower in the limb ischemic preconditioning group,ischemic preconditioning group and ischemic group than in the control group,serum ET level was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05);The serum NO level in the limb ischemic preconditioning group and the ischemic preconditioning group was higher than that in the ischemic group,and the serum ET level was lower than that in the ischemic group,the differences were statistically significant( <0.05).Conclusion Rat latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap ischemia-reperfusion injury can alleviate under the ischemic preconditioning and limb ischemic preconditioning,and protect the myocutaneous flap.
