This Commission Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [date] and between:

WHEREAS, Party A is engaged in the business of [description of Party A's business], and desires to appoint Party B as its mission agent to promote and facilitate the sale of its products/services; and
WHEREAS, Party B is willing to act as the mission agent of Party A on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contned herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Commission Rate
Party A shall pay Party B a mission of [X]% of the gross sales amount of the products/services sold Party A as a result of Party B's efforts.
2. Calculation of Commission
The mission shall be calculated based on the net invoice value of the sales, excluding taxes, duties, and other charges.
3. Payment of Commission

4. Obligations of Party B
Party B shall use its best efforts to promote and facilitate the sale of Party A's products/services and shall ply with all applicable laws and regulations in performing its duties under this Agreement.

Party A shall provide Party B with necessary marketing materials, product information, and support to enable Party B to effectively perform its duties. Party A shall also honor and fulfill its obligations to the customers resulting from the sales facilitated Party B.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information related to the business and transactions of the other party obtned during the term of this Agreement.
7. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall mence on [start date] and shall continue for a period of [duration]. Either party may terminate this Agreement giving written notice to the other party at least [number of days] days prior to the intended termination date.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
