摘要

近年来,我国经济飞速发展,各行各业都在蓬勃地成长,物流运输业也在不断发展中。消费者对于物流的要求日益增多,集装箱“门到门”的运输模式逐渐得到大家认可和推崇。但是目前国内集装箱运输业仍处于低效率、高耗能的局面。虽然我国也曾大力发展集装箱运输辅助行业,例如大型叉车,正面吊,起重机等,在中远途集装箱运输业内有了一定效果,但在短途运输领域,大型装卸设备带来的高额成本和相对漫长的装卸时间仍旧是集装箱短途运输业发展的拦路虎。这样就慢慢衍生出了一种新的集装箱转运方案——集装箱自装卸系统。以此为基础的集装箱自装卸运输车凭借其灵活快捷的特点,占据了越来越多的市场份额。

本文首先介绍了集装箱自装卸运输车工作装置的基本结构与工作原理。起重装置有单侧平行式、单侧交叉式和双侧等形式,支撑装置有交错式一级伸缩支腿、交错式二级伸缩支腿和大跨距支腿等形式。工况有自装卸作业、堆垛作业和车对车作业等。

其次,简单阐释了单侧滑移式集装箱自装卸运输车起重装置的设计方法,并研究了不同结构形式的起重装置对整车装卸性能的影响。单侧滑移式集装箱自装卸运输车起重装置通常包括基座、上臂、下臂、支腿、起重吊链五大部分,以液压缸为动力输出,对集装箱进行各种装卸作业。文章以某单侧滑移式集装箱自装卸运输车为例,介绍了其起重装置的设计方法。同时作为集装箱自装卸运输车的核心子系统,不同起重性能要求的集装箱自装卸运输车,需要配置不同布置形式的起重装置。本文也对这种对应性做了初步研究,得到阶段性的研究成果,为系列车型的设计和后续的研究工作提供了一定参考和基础。

最后,总结和归纳了全文叙述内容,提出了可以继续深入研究的部分并对下一步的研究进行了展望。

Abstract

In recent years, the rapid development of economy of our country, all walks of life in the vigorous growth, logistics and transport industry also in the continuous development. Consumers for logistics requirements increasing, the container door to door transport model has been recognized and respected. But at present domestic container transportation industry is still in low efficiency, high energy consumption situation. Although our country have vigorously the development of container transport auxiliary industry, such as large forklift, front crane, crane, in the long haul container shipping industry have certain effect, but in the field of short distance transportation, loading and unloading of large equipment to bring the high cost and relatively long time for loading and unloading is still short of container transport The stumbling block of the development of industry. This will slowly derived from the a new container transport scheme -- container self loading and unloading system. Taking the opportunity of containers based self loading and unloading transport vehicle with its flexible and efficient characteristics, occupy the more and more market share.

This paper firstly introduces the basic structure and working principle of the container self loading and unloading transport vehicle, the lifting device has a single side parallel, one side cross and bilateral and other forms, Staggered type two stage telescopic legs and large span leg form. Conditions have self loading and unloading, stacking and car to vehicle operation and so on.

Secondly, briefly explains the unilateral sliding from container loading and unloading transport vehicle lifting device design method, and study the different structure form of lifting device of vehicle handling performance of unilateral sliding from container loading and unloading transport vehicle lifting device usually comprises a base, the upper arm, lower arm, leg, lifting chain five parts to the hydraulic cylinder as the power output of the container for loading and unloading operations. In this paper, a unilateral sliding type container transportation, loading and unloading car as an example, introduces the hoisting device design method. At the same time as a container transportation, loading and unloading car core subsystem, different lifting performance requirements of the container loading and unloading transport vehicle, need Configuration of different arrangements of the lifting device. This paper also made a preliminary study of this correspondence, to get the results of the stage, for the design of a series of models and follow-up research work to provide a certain reference and foundation.
