一.前言FOREWORD
本安装使用说明书提供了本机组在安装、启用、操作和定期维护保养上的实际说明，但不包括本机长期运转所需的定期维护步骤，这种维护建议让信誉可靠的维护公司指派合格的维护技师进行。

The in structi on is used for the clie nt to in stall、start up、operate and termly mai ntai n, but not including long maintenance. The long maintenance of the unit should be done by the professi onal maintenance compa ny.
二.验收CHECK AND ACCEPT
本机抵达时，签收前应先检查外表，如有损坏，应在签收单上注明，并在交货后72
小时内书面通知运送人，同时通知当地的申菱空调设备有限公司办事处人员。

机器到货后，应于15天内完成全部检查。

如发现任何隐藏在机箱内的损坏，应停止开箱，可能时拍摄损坏的材质，立即以电话通知送货人及当地的申菱空调设备有限公司办事处人员，隐藏性的损坏应于到货后15天内提出报告。

Check the appearance before signing for while the unit reach destination. If find outside damage, you should indicate it on the signing document and give requisition to the carrier in seventy two hours, and inform the factory or office. All of the check should be completed in fiftee n days. If you find some in side damage of the un it, immediately tell the carrier and factory by teleph one and take pictures of the damaged material if possible and send the report in fiftee n days.
三.安装INSTALLATION
1. 机体安装ORGANISM INSTALLATION
1）. 检查起重系统的性能，确保可以承受本机重量。

（机组重量参见铭牌）
2）.确保机组周围有足够空间供维修门和过滤网的拆卸，以便维护。

3）.确保机组周围有足够空间供连接进出水管用。

（如图一）
4）.确保机组周围有足够空间，以便更换皮带轮，电机，盘管等。

5）.机组采用天花板内水平吊装，吊杆与机组底吊架垂直，并必须锁紧上下螺母。

安装后应调整好机组水平度，机组不得承受外装水管和风管的重量。

1) .Check the performanee of the crane , in order to bear the weight of the unit.(The weight of the unit can refer to the n ameplate.)

pipe.(As figure 1)
4) E no ugh space around the unit must be en sured to convenien tly replace pulley motor and coil.
5) The unit is suspendedflatly in the ceiling , suspenderand unit' foundation keep vertical together , and locked tightly by nuts , adjust the degree of level after installation , the unit can not endure the weight of outside water pipes and air pipes. (As figure 1)
2. 风管安装AIR PIPE INSTALLATION
1) .风管的设计应有良好的通风功能，应避免风管断面发生突然变化或在风机出口处使风拐弯。

(如图三)
2) .作为新风机组使用时，应在新风管道上安装密闭式保温风阀。

3) .需要新回风混合时，可将新风管道接装到回风管道上。

4) .机组进出风口与风管间的连接应采用软接头连接，与机组连接的风管重量不得由
机组承担。

注意：在连接风管前，不可运转机器；机器运转时，不可卸开风管。

1. The design of air duct should have favorable ventilation function and avoid the swerve in air duct (As figure 3)
2. When it use as fresh air unit , to avoid that outlet air effect inlet air condition when turning off the un it , heat preservati on airtight valve should be in stalled in fresh air duct.
3. Whe n you n eed to mix fresh and retur n air , fresh air duct can be conn ected retur n air duct.
4. The joint between air iniet/outlet and air duct should be soft material and unit should not bear the duct weight.
Note: Before conn ect ing air pipe , not to run the un it ; whe n running , not to disc onnect air pipe.
3. 电气安装ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
1) •本产品采用三相三线、380V、50HZ或单相、220V、50HZ交流电源，具体请参看机组铭牌。

2) .所有连接电缆应保证安全。

3) .机组应有可靠良好的接地。

4) .风机电机应接在有过载保护装置的电源上。

电机功率大于15KW时，应采用降压
启动方式。

5) .启动前，应进行全部电气测试，以查证是否符合安全要求。

1. The power of the unit is 380V-3-50Hz. You can find the electrical performance data on the n
ameplate.
2. AII cables should be conn ected reliably.
3. The unit should be reliably groun ded.
4. The motor ' s power should in clude a overload protect ion equipme nt. And if the motor
power exceed 15KW, a motor starter such as star-delta starter is recomme nded.
5. Check the wiring before turn on the unit.

4.管路连接PIPELINE CONNECTION
1) .水盘管和蒸汽盘管均为标准配件，附外螺纹式盘管接头。

2) .安装时，应避免盘管接头连接太紧，以免损伤盘管集水管和盘管接头
3) .进出水管在机组外须装有阀门，用来调节流量和检修时切断冷热水源。

另外进出
水管必须保温。

4) .凡是有两路或两路以上进出水管的机组，接管时请并联连接。

5) .蒸汽盘管前应设置排水弯，确保冷凝水正常排出，避免造成水击作用损坏盘
管。

蒸汽经过减压阀后的压力(即盘管内压力)请勿超过0.3MPa。

6) .冷凝水管必须安装存水弯后通下水道，存水弯尺寸见图四。

7) .为保证冷凝水排放畅通,排水管道应有1/25~1/50的倾斜率。

8) .与机组连接的水、汽管重量不得由机组承担。

H
图四中，H1 >(P/10+20)mm式中:P为机组余压，单位为Pa。

H2>60mm。

1) .Both water coil and steam coil are sta ndard fitt ings and their joi nts have screw thread.
2) .The coil joint don ' t connect tightly while installing, in order to avoid the catchment pan and joint damage.
3) .There are valves in the water pipe to regulate flux and cut off cold/hot water while repairi ng. And the water pipe must be wrapped by heat preservatio n material.
4) .Parallel conn ect the water pipes whe n there are more tha n one pair of water pipes pass the un it.
5) .You should set drain age before steam coil to en sure the drain of conden sed water. The steamy press after pass ing the decompress valve is forbidde n to exceed 0.3MPa.
6) .Condensing water pipe connects with drainer after installing the water trap , the dime nsion of water trap as figure 4.
7) To ensure condensing water drain swimmingly , there is 1/25~1/50 the rate of slope .
8) .The unit don ' t bear the weight both of water pipe and steam pipe which be connected with the unit
四.使用Operation
1. 启动前检查Check Before Start
1) .运输时各零部件有松动可能，因此在安装完成后应检查所有螺栓紧固件的松紧程度。

尤其是传动性零部件(如皮带轮、轴承等)。

2) .用手旋转风机叶轮，确保叶轮能自由旋转。

检查后确保风机内无异物，
3) .检查风机、电机的润滑情况。

4) .检查机组内(或风管系统内)无异物，空气进、出口无堵塞。

5) .检查所有的减振器均在其正确位置，功能正常。

6) .检查所有电气连接，确保风机电机转动方向正确。

7) .检查控制设备的安全装置，确保正常。

8) .检查水、电、气是否畅通。

9) .检查盘管部分的冷凝水存水弯，确保安装正确，避免排水不畅。

1. The comp onents of the unit may become less crowded duri ng tran sport , hence you should check the state all of the faste n sett ing especially for the tran smissible comp onents (such as pulley and bearing) after completing the installation.
2. Rotate the fans impeller by hand to en sure the impeller can rotate freely and the impurity must not be in the fan .
3. Check the lubrication of fan and motor.
4. Check the impurity in the unit or air duct and ensure air pass inlet/outlet freely.
5. Check the right position all of the vibration isolator.
6. Check the connection of the electrical to ensure the motor of the fan run in the right direct ion.
7. Check the safe equipment of controller to ensure the unit work normally.
8. Check the power , water and flow.
9. Check the coil trap to en sure in stall correctly and drain swimmi ngly.
2. 启动Start up
完成以上检查后，即可启动本机组，进行以下检查及调整。

1) .测量电机电压和电流，比较所得数据与电机铭牌上的资料，确保电机不过载。

2) .测量风量和风压，如与铭牌值不符，可调整风阀或皮带轮。

After finish the above checking, you can turn on the unit check the subjects as following:
1. Measure the voltage and curre nt of the motor, compare them with the performa nee data on
the n ameplate. In sure that the motor would not overload.
2. Measure the flow pressure and volume, regulate the flow valve or pulley if the data differe nt
with those on the n ameplate.
3. 日常使用Daily use
1) .本机组夏季制冷使用7C冷水(不低于5C )，冬季制热使用60C热水(不高于65C),水质应保证要求。

制热蒸汽压力为70 kPa(1l5C)。

2) .在设备不使用季节，夏季要使换热器充满水，以减少管道锈蚀，冬季要使换热器中的水排空，以免冻裂。

I. Cooling water at 7C , not lower than 5 C , is recommended to use in summer as well as hot
water at 60 C, not higher than 65C , or steam at 70KPa in pressure(1l5C in temperature) is
recomme nded in wi nter.
2.If the unit will not use for a long time, it should be filled with water in summer to avoid rust and
drained in win ter to avoid freeze.
五.维护保养Maintenance
进行日常维护时应首先确保人身安全。

1) .确保维护工程师与机器间绝缘。

2) .风机停止转动前，维护工程师不得进入机器内。

3) .进入机器内前，确保各电气装置与总电源隔离。

The most importa nt thi ng is pers onal safety while doing maintenan ce.
1.ln sure that the in sulati on is eno ugh betwee n the maintenance engin eer and machi ne.
2. Maintenance engineers are forbidden entrance into the machine before the fan stop rotati on.
3.Insure that every electrical components is insulated from power before enter into mach ine.
以下维护项目建议每三至六个月进行一次，实际维护间隔视负荷及周围条件而定。

1) .检查轴承有无磨损及润滑油的泄露现象。

2) .检查轴承锁定螺栓及其他螺栓的松紧度。

3) .检查皮带张力，如有打滑，应作调整。

更换磨损的皮带。

The followi ng subjects are recomme nded that be take n once every 3 to 6 mon ths, the actual in terval base on the load and ambie nt con diti on.
1. Check the beari ng whether it has worn out or there is phe nomena of lube leak.
2. Check the tightness of bolts of the bearing.
3. C heck the tension of belt. It should be regulated if the belt skidding or replaced if it has worn out.
以下维护项目建议每年进行一次。

1) .检查电气接线情况。

2) .检查机壳有无破裂及腐蚀现象，如有，应清理并油漆。

3) .检查所有维修门的密封是否良好，开关是否灵活。

皮带张力：
皮带应维持正确的张力，以避免轴承提早报废和不必要的皮带磨损。

皮带张力检查可利用皮带张力检查器。

皮带维护：
以干布清洁皮带表面，皮带表面不可沾有任何油脂。

更换皮带时，应使用同型的新皮带，并正确安装皮带。

并校准皮带轮，确保皮带轮基准面在同一平面上。

The followi ng subjects are recomme nded that be take n once every one year.
1. Check the connection of the wiri ng.
2. Check the panel whether it has crack or rust, repaint it if the answer is yes.
3. Check the sealing of maintenance door, and the flexibility while it open and closed. Tension of
the belt
The tension of the belt should be at a accurate degree to avoid accide ntal damage. You
should use a professional equipment to check the tension of the belt. (See figure 4)
Maintenance of belt
Clea n the surface of the belt with dry clothes, keep the surface out of any oil. Replace the belt with a same type, and the n regulate the pulley to in sure the two pulleys are in the 注意：皮带不要过紧，那样可能损坏轴承＜ 对皮带驱动来说，合适
的张紧度是 在最大负荷时皮带不会滑动。

盘管维护：
1) .定期检查盘管的清洁度。

2) .以正常气流的相反方向喷射压缩空气、蒸汽或水即可有效清洗盘管。

如盘管十分 肮脏，应使用清洁剂清洗。

机组运行两年后应用化学方法清除换热器水管内的水垢。

过滤网维护：
开始启用本机组时，由于系统风管内灰尘较多，很快就会堵塞滤网，因此，运行

小时后，应进行清洗。

以后每月清洗一次。

Coil maintenance
1. Clea n coil termly.
2. Coil would be cleaned efficiently by spray compress air, steam or water over it. If it too much dirty, cleanseris recommended.We also suggest that you clean out fur in the tubes with chemical medic ine ever two years operatio n.
Filter maintenance
The filters will be blocked up soon after installation because too much dirty in the duct.
So a clea ning is recomme nded after the first 8 hours operatio n, and the n take once every same pla ne. (See figure
5)

六.故障分析及对策
注意：运转不正常时，应停止风机运转，查证其原因，及早发现以避免更严重的风机损坏。

Warning: When the fans operati ng abno rmally, it must be shut dow n at once and have a check to avoid the a worse damage occur.
