摘要
本设计的题目——反馈控制轴向摩擦偶合器,是一个全新的课题,在国内外算得上是一种比较先进的产品,本设计是在无反馈轴向摩擦偶合器的基础上,为了获得更好的软启动效果而设计的一种新产品。同时,它具有与传统的硬启动相同的承载能力。因此本方案具有很好的发展前景。
本文的主要任务是整体结构的合理设计,包括摩擦元件的设计计算,各个传动部件的设计等。另外选择摩擦性能较好的摩擦材料对本次设计来说显得尤为重要,是关系到成败的关键因素。还要对各个传动和链接元件进行强度校核。从而使得该方案具有较好的可行性和实用性。
为了便于实现反馈控制,本方案采用主动级相对于反馈级对称布置的结构,主动级在两侧,中间是反馈级。在启动时采用离心式压紧,在径向均匀布置的带有锥面的离心块(与锥面摩擦盘配合)在主、从动机达到一定转速时将主动级和反馈级离心块甩出,产生径向位移的离心块同时在锥面间产生轴向位移,这样就将主动级机摩擦片和从动机摩擦片挤紧,主、从动机结合并传动。离心块采用圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧复位。个摩擦片和摩擦盘上带有花键槽。从动轴为花键轴,固定反馈级离心块的锥面圆盘可以在花键轴上滑动,使得其两侧的摩擦片分担相等的负载,杜绝了两边承载不均匀的现象。
