Assembled Capacitor

1.General Description

Assembled shunt capacitors are mainly used in 6kV, 10kV, 35kV, 66kV frequency power syst em for reactive power compensation, which could improves the power factor of a power grid, redu ce power loss and stabilize voltage. Thus the eciency of power generation, supply and equipment a re improved.

The advantages of shunt capacitor are: anti-explosion, antire, safe & reliable, small footprint, easy installation and maintenance, high commissioning rate and low operation cost.It is especially suitable for updating urban power grid and compensation for large scale transformer substation.

2.Technical Data

2.1 supplied according to customers’ request. Three-phase capacitors are star congurations.

The voltage of each phase is: 6.6/3 kV;11/3 kV;38/3 kV;72/3 kV.

2.2 Rated frequency: 50Hz

2.3 Rated capacity: From 500kvar to 10000kvar for each.

2.4 Phase:

Single phase or three-phase (35kV or above must be single phase; 3 capacitors as a group for usage)

2.5 Operation environment requirement:

- Not higher than 1000m altitude.

- Temperature:

a. Standard product: -25℃~40℃

b.Low temperature resisting product: -40℃~40℃

- Earthquake resistant: Horizontal direction 0.25g, vertical direction 0.125g.

- No gas or steam with severe corrosion to metal, no conductive dust and no severe mechanic al vibration.

2.6 Capacitance deviation: compared with rated capacitance

0~+5%; capacitance among three phases ≤1.02.

2.7 Loss tangent: no more than 0.0005.

密集型集合式电容器

1.概述

RH-集合式并联电容器主要用于6kV、10kV、35kV、66kV等工频电力系统进行无功补偿。以提高电网功率因数,减少线路损耗,改善电压质量,充分发挥发电、供电设备的效率。

RH-集合式并联电容器的最大优点是: 防爆炸、防起火, 安全可靠, 占地面积少, 安装维护方便, 投运率高, 运行费用低, 特别是适用于城市电网改造和大型变电站集中补偿。

2.技术性能

2.1 RH-集合式并联电容器三相之间采用星型接线,其相电压分别为:6.6/3 kV;11/3 kV;38/3 kV;72/3 kV;

2.2 额定频率:50Hz;

2.3 额定容量:单台500千乏至10000千乏;

2.4 相数:可根据用户要求作成单相或三相(电压35kV以上产品均为单相,3台为一组使用);

2.5 使用环境要求:

- 安装地点的海拔高度不超过1000m。

- 使用环境温度:一般产品:-25℃~40℃

耐低温产品:-40℃~40℃

- 耐地震:水平方向0.25g, 垂直方向0.125g。 - 周围不含对金属有严重腐蚀的气体或蒸汽,无导电尘埃,无剧烈的机械振动。

2.6 电容偏差: 与额定值偏差 0~+5%;三相电容值之间≤1.02 ;

2.7 损耗角正切值:不大于0.0005。
