(1) As an old saying goes that health is our own treasure, nothing is better than it. Health is big thing which is worth thinking for a life.
Just take an example, to be honest I used to be 80 pounds, I really was a fat man. But I spent a winter vacation time, I become healthy now. I think that must be due to my healthy and regular time which made a real change. I got up at 6 a.m. and ran for 1 hour when I went back home, I ate a lot of fruits and vegetables. Another important thing is keeping a pleased mood, that all I want to share.
In a word, perseverance is key to success.
(2) A healthy life is just like the sunshine in the cold winter, and we can’t have a happy winter vacation without a healthy life.
How to develop a healthy lifestyle must be the most important thing in this winter vacation. On the one hand, you can sleep late and get up late even still the noon coming; you can stay at home and watch TV, listening to music, surfing the internet; you can do nothing special in this winter vacation, just sleep well, play happily. Firstly, you should eat more vegetables and fruits, it could provide us vitamin C. We’d better eat an apple a day to keep the doctor away. Secondly, don’t drink too much coffee, we should drink lots of water and do more exercise. Thirdly, try to take a walk everyday after breakfast. Nowadays, more people become ill, and even develop cancer. There is no doubt that their unhealthy lifestyle is to blame.
