2013-2014学年度八年级第二学期英语教学工作总结本学期，我担任八年级(1)(2)班的英语教学工作。

我在教学工作中自始至终以认真、严谨的治学态度，勤恳、坚持不懈的精神从事英语教学工作。

认真学习，研究教法，虚心向别人学习。

不断总结教学的成功与失败的经验。

一个学期过去了，以下是我在这个学期的教学情况;一、学生的基本状况:经调查接触,两个班大部分学生,基础不是很好也不扎实,学习不主动,对英语的兴趣不浓。

相对于九班的学生,七班的学生上课不太积极,接收能力不强。

且优生不是很多,中间部分的学生还行,后面部分学生有点多。

一班的学生课堂上积极,接收能力比较好。

学习态度端正考试成绩还可以。

但是二班的学生学习态度不是很好，不认真学习以及复习，所以成绩很不理想。

二、在本学期我采取的措施有:1、我结合学生的实际情况,通读和节选教材,围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学,使学生对英语产生兴趣,形成学习动机,培养学习兴趣。

2、认真学习体现以素质教育为目标的新课程理念及学校工作计划,认真研究教材,和同年级老师共同制定了本学期教学工作计划,加强落实、反馈、总结计划的执行情况。

3、教学过程中,注意抓常规教学,以学生为主体,面向全体学生组织教学,注意培养学生的听说读写的能力,充分利用早读时间,要求学生大声朗读课文.4、抓词汇和句型学习,经常进行听写训练,提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵。

5、课堂内外多听多说英语。

老师上课时尽量用英语讲课,这样能使学生更多地接触英语。

每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。

也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术,培养学生的语感。

6、抓小测验、单元测试过关,并注重复习三、按照教学常规环节开展教学工作。

1、备课：课前认真地备好每一节课，写好教案。

既备教材，又备学生，针对学生分析、概括、表达能力差的特点，设计好教学方法。

2010-2011学年度第二学期教学工作总结本学期在学校领导的关心支持下，我校信息技术教育根据《关于加强中小学信息技术课程建设的指导意见》，并结合学校计算机的硬件实际情况开展教育与教学活动。

信息技术的硬件建设硬件维护：以多媒体计算机技术和网络通信技术为主要标志的信息技术，作为现代科技革命的基础和核心，已经渗透到社会的各个领域，对当代社会产生着重大影响。

信息技术教育是素质教育的重要内容，它对于培养学生信息素养，提高其适应现代社会的能力，促进素质教育的发展都具有十分重要的意义。

由于电教设备的增加，必然增加维护的工作量，仅一学期的维护工作量就不下千次，其中包括教室网络问题、教室计算机软件故障，硬件故障。

教师计算机硬件故障，软件故障，网络故障，使用技术。

还有校园网络的维护，校园网站的维护，功能教室的维护，会议设备开关，校园广播，通知下达等等，利用一切可用时间，做好学校电教设备维修、校园网的维护工作，为学校节约经费开支。

3、完善与维护学校网站。

网络化教育是国际化教育的主要趋势。

网络资源是教室教育工作的有力支持，我校本年度购买了大量的教育教学资源，还有我们教师的一人一课录像，大力支持了教学工作。

教研组工作在学校领导的关心支持下，我们信息技术组的老师也在这个学期立足实际、搞好教学，并且不断更新知识、提高自身素质。

现将这个学期的教学、教研工作总结如下：立足教学、搞好教研组工作在教务处的要求与指导下，这个学期的教研组工作是非常正常的，每个月都有教研组工作小结，集中学习的时间、地点，内容落实，并有记载，每月至少有一次专题性理论学习，内容针对强，且有带头中心发言，积极参加教研组的课堂教学专题性研究。

今年由赵培花老师出了市级公开课，并得到专家的好评。

作为信息技术教师，应走在学校信息技术发展的前沿，除了搞好信息技术教育教学外，我还担负着许多其它的任务。

信息技术是一门不断发展的学科，展望学校的发展和学科的发展，我们还有许多知识要学，还有许多事情要做。
