（一）、提前通知、安排到位
教导处专门下发了有关此次作文竞赛的通知，让各班接到通知后，按要求确定了2至4名学生参加决赛。
（二）、统一出题、现场作文
学生答题时书写在学校统一下发的作文纸上，时间为40分钟，学生在规定的时间内便完成了作文。
在学生习作完成后，组织老师及时对学生的习作进行了评阅，并按年级评出了一、二、三等奖。
六、比赛评分标准
1、打分采用10分制形式。

各年级语文教师利用作文课组织本班学生随堂写作。
