试验与验证--可靠性术语
试验与验证1.筛选screening一种通过检验剔除不合格或有可能早期失效产品的方法。
检验包括在规定环境条件下的目视检查、实体尺寸测量和功能测量等。
某些功能测量是在强应力下进行的。
(GJB451-90)为剔除或检出有缺陷的或早期失效的产品而进行的试验或一组试验。
(GB/T3187-94) 通过检查以剔除不合格的或显出早期失效产品的程序。
这包括在特定的环境条件下目视检查,物理尺寸测量和功能的性能测量。
(MIL-STD-721C-81)编者注:GB/T3187中,此术语称筛选试验(screening test)。
2.环境应力筛选environmental stress screening (ESS)在电子产品上施加随机振动及温度循环应力,以鉴别和剔除产品工艺和元件引起的早期失效的一种工序或方法。

(GJB451-90)对于可修理的产品,在规定的环境下执行着每个产品功能的硬件随着早期失效期的每个失效不断地加以修复性维修,其可靠性得到提高的过程。
对于不修理的产品,则是产品置于功能运行的一种筛选试验。
(GB/T3187-94)4.可靠性增长试验reliability growth test为暴露产品的薄弱环节,并证明改进措施能防止薄弱环节再现而进行的试验。
(根据GJB451-90改写)5.可靠性研制与增长试验reliability development and growth test为查出缺陷并证实有关的纠正措施能防止这些设备缺陷重新出现而做的一系列试验(也称为“TAAF”试验)。

对可修复产品通常也称故障。

Most simply put, a test is reliable if it is consistent within itselfand across time. To understand the basics of test reliability, think of abathroom scale that gave you drastically different readings every time youstepped on it regardless of whether your hadgained or lost weight. If such ascale existed, it would be considered not reliable.ValidityTest validity refers to the degree to whichthe test actually measures what it claims tomeasure. Test validity is also theextent to which inferences, conclusions, and decisions madeon the basis oftest scores are appropriate and meaningful. The 2000 and 2008 studies presentevidence that Ohio's mandated accountability tests are not valid, that theconclusionsand decisions that are made on the basis of OPT performance are notbased upon what the test claims to be measuring.The Relationship of Reliability andValidityTest validity is requisite to testreliability. If a test is not valid, then reliability is moot.In other words, if a test is not valid there is no point in discussingreliability because test validity isrequired before reliability can beconsidered in any meaningful way. Likewise, if as test is notreliable it isalso not valid.
