教材分析本节课我选的是PEP小学英语五年级下册第二单元 Part CStorytime，是一节英语故事会话课。

本单元以season为中心话题，围绕着描述“What’s your favoriteseason ”展开。
主要通过四季的学习，让学生了解每个季节的不同特点以及在每个季节中可以做的事情。
学会用句型 which season do you like best? I like… why? Becaus e---. 来进行语言交际。
而本节课的storytime 主要是对本单元知识的整合，通过故事的学习，让孩子既能巩固所学知识，又能提高解决问题的能力，以及综合运用语言的能力。
学生分析：本课是小学五年级学生的教学内容，该年龄阶段的学生可塑性强，这一年龄特征使得他们更容易接受或改变一些观念，更容易培养浓厚的学习兴趣、良好的学习策略和习惯。
他们对新鲜事物的接受要快得多，主动得多。
因此，他们也能够很快地领会故事情节的发展及语言表达。
教学目标1、知识与技能目标a.学生能初步听懂并在图片的帮助下理解故事大意，学生在自主阅读的过程中能主动地获取信息。
b.学生能在录音和教师的引导下朗读并且模仿课文中的角色。
2、能力目标a.通过问题由简入深地设计，培养学生收集信息、获取信息的能力。
b.通过小组合作模仿和表演故事，培养学生模仿和语言运用能力。
3、情感目标通过故事本身有意识的让学生了解澳大利亚的季节特点，感受大自然的神奇并通过学习热爱每一个季节。
二、教学重点1.能够熟练掌握本课的词汇以及句型2 .能够听懂、读懂并内化story，掌握基本的阅读策略，提高自主学习的能力。
三、教学难点1．通过学习能够了解世界不同地域气候存在差异。
2．能够在真实的情景中进行交际，模仿表演小故事。
