电子版橙皮书可通过五个入口进行检索:Search by Active Ingredient活性成分检索Search by Applicant Holder申请人检索Search by Proprietary Name商品名检索Search by Application Number申请号检索Search by Patent专利号检索点击进入后,还可选择Rx (Prescription Drug Products)处方药、OTC (Over-the-Counter Drug Products)非处方药、Disc (Discontinued Drug Products)停用药进行检索。

According to federal officials, how many children in the U.S. take part in the programs?5. In recent years, what have federal managers of Head Start been telling programs to do?Head Start TestingThis is Steve Ember with the VOA Special English Education Report.Four-year-old children in Head Start programs throughout the United States are taking a test. This test is meant to show if Head Start is succeeding in its goal. The goal is to make sure children from poor families are as prepared to begin school as other children. The four-year-olds are being tested for their ability to recognize simple words and letters in the alphabet. They are also being tested for their skills with numbers. Federal education officials say the test will help the Head Start program improve. The officials will compare the performance of the children against national averages in early arithmetic, reading and writing.Head Start began almost forty years ago. The children are between the ages ofthree and five. They receive free preparation for their first year in school. Some spend half a day in Head Start, others a full day. Still others take part in a program of home visits. Local non-profit organizations operate the programs. The government spends more than six-and-a-half thousand-million dollars a year to pay for Head Start.Federal officials say close to a million children throughout the country take part in the programs. Wade Horn leads the Head Start program for the government. Mr Horn says the test is designed to learn which kinds of programs help children the most. The United States Department of Health and Human Services released a report on Head Start in June. The agency compared Head Start children with children from average, middle-income families. It said the Head Start children are not as ready for school as the others. But some educators criticize the idea that one year in Head Start could raise poor children to average levels. Some also criticize parts of the test. For example, critics noted that the children are asked to point to a picture of a“swamp〞. They say a lot of children, especially from cities, might not know that a swamp is a wetland area with grass.Still, even some educators who oppose the test agree with federal officials that Head Start needs to do better to prepare children for school. Currently, local programs decide what they want to teach. Many have placed major importance on health, nutrition and social development. In recent years, federal managers of Head Start have been telling programs to place more importance on basic skills needed for school. This VOA Special English Education Report was written by Jerilyn Watson. A TENA-enabled Video Distribution System (VDS) was used to provide a dis-tributed visualization capability to the Information Operation (IO) Range during the Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) Austere Challenge 2006 (AC06) exercise. Development of the IO Range VDS was accomplished through col-laboration between the IO Range and the Joint Mission Environment Test Ca-pability (JMETC) programs, resulting in a first time achievement of bringing real-time visualization of live fire IO events to the combatant commanders (COCOM), both CONUS and OCONUS, via the SIPRNet. IO RANGE Video Distribution System The IO RANGE Video Distribution System (VDS) concept was based on an early TENA Data Stream Framework prototyped in FY2004 and leveraged a non-TENA Video Capture & Distribution System being developed for the Red-stone Technical Test Center (RTTC). The JMETC development team was able to quickly adapt their solution (see figure 1) using TENA and requiring less than four weeks to develop, implement, test, and integrate for the exercise. IO RANGE Requirements for the VDS included: 1. Solution for injecting video streams into SIPRNet, 2. Ability to distribute to multiple end user systems at a minimum 1 frame/sec, with seconds of latency, resolution to support projection and over limited bandwidth connections; 3. Ability to record video for playback; and 4. Ability to playback video using a COTS Viewer (Microsoft MediaPlayer). For IO RANGE/AC06, the real-time video stream was provided from a single source bridged into the network. The TENA Video Distribution Server pub-lished availability of data streams via a VideoStream object and published
availability of recorded streams for playback via a VideoStreamServer object.

TENA Video Distribution clients would discover the availability of VideoStream objects and request data stream files to be streamed for replay. TENA-enabled clients could display and request available live and replay video sources. Non-TENA clients display video sources requested by TENA-enabled clients or server using URL information passed via secure voice/email.
Summary
The IO RANGE VDS supported over thirty clients during the AC06 exercise without a single failure of the TENA Video Distribution Server. The auto-code generated distribution provided by TENA enabled the JMETC developers to greatly reduce the time needed to integrate and test their software. The IO RANGE brought transformational IO capabilities to the IO community during AC06, providing the warfighter a standing, robust environment for experimentation, testing training, exercises, and operational rehearsal. JMETC brought a technology solution using the TENA common operating environment and an experi-enced, quick response development and integration support team.
The RTTC Video Capture & Distribution System is being developed by the Trideum Corporation of Hunts-ville, Alabama.
