三、产品主要结构概述1.结构组成本机主要由进料部、轴承部、筒体部、传动部(大小齿轮装置)、出料部、出料筛、基础部、主电机、空气离合器、慢速传动装置、起重装置、高低压润滑油站、喷射润滑装置及电控等部分组成。
2.工作原理本机为溢流型球磨机,物料和一定量的水通过给料部经进料部中心处进入筒体内部,电动机经空气离合器、大小齿轮装置带动装有介质(钢球)的筒体旋转,物料受到球的撞击以及处于球之间和球与筒体衬板之间的研磨,充分暴露出新鲜表面,得到充分混合,最后经出料筛的排料孔排出磨机,完成粉磨过程。
3.筒体部筒体部是磨机的主要部件,它与进料部、出料部和出料筛部共同组成为回转部,筒体内壁装有锰钢,端盖内表面也均装有锰钢衬板,物料在钢球和锰钢衬板之间被破碎和粉磨,后经筒体出料端的出料筛排出磨机。

Modbus TCP to Modbus RTU/ASCII,and vice versa,or from serial(master)to serial(slave).However,since only one Modbus protocol request-response action can be executed at any given time,each Modbus device has to wait its turn,resulting in poorer performance.In order to provide better performance,the MGate MB3660gateways are designed with an innovative Command Learning function,which can be activated with a single mouse click.Once activated,the gateway will learn and remember the Modbus commands it receives,and once a command has been learned,the gateway will act as though it were in agent mode,and actively send Modbus requests to the relevant Modbus devices.Since the data is saved in a different memory space that can be accessed by the SCADA system,the SCADA system can retrieve Modbus response data directly from the gateway’s memory,instead of waiting for the data to pass through the Modbus devices,dramatically increasing communication performance.Auto-Device Routing for Easy ConfigurationMoxa’s Auto-Device Routing function helps eliminate many of the problems and inconveniences encountered by engineers who need to configure large numbers of Modbus devices.A single mouse click is all that’s required to set up a slave ID routing table and configure Modbus gateways to automatically detect Modbus requests from a supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)system.By removing the need to manually create the slave ID routing table,the Auto-Device Routing function saves engineers significant time and reduces cost.Modbus Gateway with Power and Ethernet RedundancyFor 苯并(a)芘:苯并a芘(Benzoapyrene),化学式:C20H12,英文表示BaP,是一种五环多环芳香烃类。
结晶为黄色固体。
这种物质是在300到600°C之间的不完全燃烧状态下产生。
苯并芘存在于煤焦油中,而煤焦油可见于汽车废气(尤其是柴油引擎)、烟草与木材燃烧产生的烟,以及炭烤食物中。
苯并芘为一种突变原和致癌物质,从18世纪以来,便发现与许多癌症有关。
其在体内的代谢物二羟环氧苯并芘,产生致癌性的物质。
影响危害:一、健康危害侵入途径:吸入、食入、经皮吸收。
健康危害:对眼睛、皮肤有刺激作用。
是致癌物、致畸原及诱变剂。
二、毒理学资料及环境行为毒性:是多环芳烃中毒性最大的一种强烈致癌物。
急性毒性:LD50500mg/kg(小鼠腹腔);50mg/kg(大鼠皮下)慢性毒性:长期生活在含BaP的空气环境中,会造成慢性中毒,空气中的BaP是导致肺癌的最重要的因素之一。
水生生物毒性:5μg/L,12天,微生物,阻碍作用;5mg/L,13小时,软体动物卵,阻碍作用,结构变化。
致癌:BaP被认为是高活性致癌剂,但并非直接致癌物,必须经细胞微粒体中的混合功能氧化酶激活才具有致癌性。
BaP进入机体后,除少部分以原形随粪便排出外,一部分经肝、肺细胞微粒体中混合功能氧化酶激活而转化为数十种代谢产物,其中转化为羟基化合物或醌类者,是一种解毒反应;转化为环氧化物者,特别是转化成7,8-环氧化物,则是一种活化反应,7,8-环氧化物再代谢产生7,8-二氢二羟基-9,10-环氧化物,便可能是最终致癌物。
这种最终致癌物有四种异构体,其中的(+)-BP-7β,8α-二醇体-9α,10α-环氧化物-苯并[a]芘,已证明致癌性最强,它与DNA形成共价键结合,造成DNA损伤,如果DNA不能修复或修而不复,细胞就可能发生癌变。
其它三种异构体也有致癌作用。
动物试验包括经口、经皮、吸入,经腹膜皮下注射、均出现致癌。
许多国家相继用9种动物进行实验,采用多种给药途径,结果都得到诱发癌的阳性报告。

1、图1和图2为PCB layout的版图,GS3660附近走线不要覆铜,要远离MOS管和肖特基整流管和电感这三个器件。
大功率应用中三个元件升温速度快,由于热传导作用,会使GS3660周边RC振荡器件参数发生变化,造成PWM输出波形失真。
2、大电流走线要尽量粗,一般建议使用直接铺成铜皮走线,方便放置过孔的最好可以加过孔。
输入电容的放置建议放在电源输入供电电感附近,输出电容放置在肖特基整流管后面电源输出端,要考虑输入输出电流回路之间尽量短。
3、肖特基二极管和MOS管的选型问题,耐压选择最好高出输出电压的1.1.55倍到两倍的耐压值。
最大通过电流要有足够的余量。
MOS管选择RDS值越小越好,建议选择在10毫欧左右的。
图1中PCB为12V升19V3.5A应用电路,肖特基选择的是STPS2045CT MOS管选择的是AP9974GP。

它用于混合机后的混匀烧结物料造块工序。
其物料粒度经单辊破碎机破碎后最大不得超过200mm。
它由驱动装置、给料装置、台车、吸风装置、尾部移动装置、骨架及轨道装置、机下灰斗、导料箱等组成,见图000000。
烧结机的工作过程:经过配料并混匀、制粒、和滚煤的混合料由圆辊给料机及九辊布料器均匀地铺在台车上,通过驱动装置使头部星轮旋转而推动台车向机尾方向移动。
当台车运行至点火器下部时,台车上的混合料中的焦粉被点燃,在抽风条件下,混合料从表层垂直向下烧结。
当台车运行至机尾时,烧结过程即告完成。
尾部星轮的旋转使台车上的烧结矿饼卸下,然后空台车从下部轨道返回至头部,重新开始铺料——点火——烧结——卸矿这——作业循环,从而连续不断地生产出烧结矿饼。

The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver section uses an integrated 1550 nm detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. A PECL logic interface simplifies interface to external circuitry.LASER SAFETYThis single mode transceiver is a Class 1 laser product. It complies with IEC-60825 and FDA 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11. The transceiver must be operated within the specified temperature and voltage limits.
