2013-2014学年第一学期
三年级共有学生9人,其中男生8人,女生1人。

这些学生正处在少年儿童期,这个年龄段的孩子具有好奇、好活动、爱表现、善模仿等特点。

他们喜欢新鲜事物,对陌生语言的好奇心能激起他们对外语的兴趣。

他们喜欢引起别人的注意,重视老师的表扬,不怕犯错,很少有羞怯感。

他们处在发育阶段,尚未定性,发音器官较成人的灵活,因此模仿外语的语音语点远比成年人容易。

他们的记忆力好,形象思维好,但缺乏理性思维,逻辑思维不强。

他们爱玩、爱唱、爱游戏、爱活动,这些都是他们长身体、长体力的需求,他们坐不住。

但在实际教学工作中,因孩子的个体原因,很多孩子成了学困生。

为了做好学困生的辅导工作,在学困生的转化工作中,我除了倾注爱心,发现学生的闪光点,对学困生要因材施教,抓好复习和预习工作外,还要注重学困生非智力因素与智力因素的的培养,运用恰当而有效的方法。

二、辅导学困生措施
辅导学困生可从以下几个方面着手。

1.培养学困生的自信心。

只有树立起后进生的自信心,我们的转化工作才找到了起点。

2.教师不仅要注意培养学困生的学习兴趣。

注意培养其兴趣的稳定性和集中性,使学困生有恒心、有毅力,在学习中专心致志,精益求精,从枯燥中寻乐趣,于困难中求喜悦。

3.作为教师必须想方设法培养学具有坚强的意志。

4.家庭的配合是转化学困生的外部条件。

父母在学生成长过程中的影响是很明显的,也是极为重要的。

教师可通过家长会、家访、电
访、书信、校讯通等多种形式与家长相互交流,沟通信息。

5.教师上课要想到学困生,一是课堂提问教师要把较难较大较深的问题分解成较小较易较浅的问题,让学困生也有回答的机会,而不是将他们放在角落里无人问津。

二是操作时要想到学困生,要鼓励学困生积极参与,贵在参与,不准再将他们搁置起来,置之不理。

三控制学困生课堂违纪的问题。

6.布置作业时,要想到学困生,要让学困生“吃小灶”,一是从数量上照顾,只求准确度,不求数量多,他们的作业可减半,对特别学困生甚至可以用课堂笔记来替代作业的办法;二是从难易程度上来照顾,学困生只需作基础题,对难度大的题目可以不做。

7.教师辅导要把学困生放在“优先发展的地位”,教师要充分利用早读或午休时间,对学困生进行耐心辅导。

8.批改作业时,要想到学困生,学困生的作业要优先批改,要当面批改,要精批细改,不能简单地打"√"或"×"了事,不但要在错误处打上记号,还要帮助学困生找出原因,加以改正。

上评讲课时,要想到学困生,对于学困生哪怕是只有点滴进步,也要给予充分的肯定。

在此基础上,充分发挥了群体效应的力量,开展“一帮一、优帮差”的活动,帮助学困生尽快赶上来。
