一、教材分析
《This is my mother 》是《新标准英语》教材三年级起点第一册Module9 Unit1。本单元的主要话题是Family。学习用英语介绍自己的家庭成员。我借助“任务型”教学,采用多样化的教学手段,将听、说、玩、演、唱溶于一体,激发学生学习英语的兴趣和愿望,使学生通过合作学习体验荣誉感和成就感,从而树立自信心发展自主学习的能力,形成初步运用英语进行简单日常交际的能力。
二、教学目标
1、知识目标
⑴能正确说出有关家庭成员的词汇
mother father doctor grandpa grandma sister me brother 及介绍家庭成员的基本句型This is my…, That’s my… 。
⑵知道主要人称代词he 、she 的用法。
2、能力目标
⑴能听懂会说单词
mother father doctor grandpa grandma sister me brother及重点
句型This is my…He’s a …That’s my…
⑵能用英语自如地谈论、交流自己的家庭成员。具有和他人交流的能力。
3、情感态度目标
培养孩子乐于与人合作的意识,通过交流,加深对同学的了解。使孩子更加热爱自己的家庭,关注每一个家庭。

单词mother father doctor grandpa grandma sister me brother及 This is my…,That is my…句型的学习和应用。
2、教学难点
如何把所学语言运用到实际生活中去,做到学语言,用语言。

六、教学过程
Step1、Warming up
1.Greeting
T: Hello, boys and girls.
Ss: Hello!
T: How are you?
Ss: I’m fine, Thank you .And how are you?
T: I’m fine too, Thank you
2、师生同唱歌曲“Stand up”。
Step2、presentation
Show the family photo: now, boys and girls, look, what is this? This is my family photo. Look, my father, my mother and me . This is my family. (1)teach: father, mother, me
T:Look, Who is he?
S: Father. T: Yes. This is my father。
T show the card : father
Ss read : father, father ,my father. This is my father.
(2)I point to my family photo and say: This is my father. Is this my father? S: No.
T: This is my mother.
Ss read: mother, mother, my mother.
T: can you point and say: my mother, your mother?
Ss: my mother, your mother.
T: Now, please introduce your mother。
This is my mother, this is your mother.
(3) I point to my family photo and say:
T: look, this is Ms Sun,this is me.
Ss read : me ,me, me, This is me. This is me .
(设计意图:老师出示自己的全家福照片更容易引起学生的好奇心,激起说的欲望,让学生区分my和your,巩固This is …这一句型。)
(4)T: my father, my mother and me .This is my family.
Now, please take out your family photo, work in pairs, this is my father, this is my mother, this is me.
(设计意图:在学了两个单词之后,为了使学生稍微轻松一下,设计一个演一演的活动,让学生自己来扮演父亲母亲,将他们平时观察到的一些细节活动展示出来,请其它同学猜一猜。)
用同样的方法学习sister 、brother
(5)课件出示chant.
爷爷grandpa爱钓鱼,奶奶grandma织毛衣。
爸爸father看报纸,妈妈 mother在做鱼,
兄弟brother踢足球,姐妹 sister爱学习。
教师有节奏的拍手,示范用Chant记忆单词,
Step3、Practice
学生拿出已准备好的自己的全家福照片在小组内介绍自己的家庭成员。
This is my father /mother /sister /brother /grandpa/ grandma
(学生四人一组小组内练习本单元的新单词。要求同学之间要合作、互助。教师巡回指导,及时了解学生的学习、交流情况。)
Step4、课文教学
(1)、播放本单元的录音,第一遍要求学生带着以下问题看、听、思考。第二遍,跟读。
Questions:
Who is Sam’s mother ? What is she ? What is Sam’s father ? Who is Sam’s brother ?Let’s watch the cartoon .
(2)、Answer questions
学生进行抢答问题比赛。教师用鼓励性评价的语言对每个回答问题的孩子做出恰当的评价。
(3)、巩固操练Introduce family.
课件出示情境,小明、小芳分别和家人上街相遇,各自为对方介绍自己的家人。Xiao ming:Hello,xiao fang.
Xiao fang:Hello,Xing ming. This is my mother/ brother……
Xiao ming: This is my father/ brother……
Xiao fang:Good bye ,Xiao ming
Xiao ming: Good bye ,Xiao fang
Step5、Learn a English song <
《两只老虎》歌谱填词成曲。
