摘要

随着我国改革开放和经济的高速发展,现代化进程的加快,我国的建设规模正日益增大,城市民用建筑及公用建筑不断增多,人防地下室工程成为住宅、公用建筑必不可少的一部分,兴建工程有的地下室达到4层,故地下工程防水非常重要,如何处理好混凝土自身防水显得极为重要,本文重点论述抗渗混凝土的性能,施工技术、应用范围。

Abstract

With China's reform and opening up and the high speed development of economy, the quickening of the process of modernization, the construction scale is enlarging, the city civil buildings and public construction has increased, civil air defence basement engineering become house, an indispensable part of public building, the construction of engineering some basement for up to four layers, old haunt of project waterproof is very important, how to deal with their own waterproof concrete is very important, the paper focuses on the impermeable concrete performance, construction technology, application range.

引言

所谓抗渗性是指混凝土抵抗水、油等液体在压力作用下渗透的性能。混凝土的抗渗性主要与其密实度及内部孔隙的大小和构造有关。混凝土的密实度越高、孔隙率越小、大孔越少、连通孔越少,则抗渗性越好。

抗渗混凝土是在普通混凝土的基础上发展起来的。两者的不同点在于普通混凝土是根据所需的强度进行配制的其中石子为骨架砂子填充石子的空隙水泥浆填充细骨料空隙并使骨料粘结在一起。而防水混凝土是根据工程所需抗渗要求配制的其中石子的骨架作用减弱水泥砂浆除满足填充粘结作用外还要求其在粗骨料周围形成一定数量、质量良好的砂浆包裹层从而提高混凝土的抗渗性。对混凝土的抗渗性能起重要作用的因素有水灰比及拌合物的和易性水泥用量、砂率及其相应的灰砂比。此外水泥品种、砂石颗粒级配、石子品种和最大粒径养护条件及养护方式等对混凝土的抗渗性能都产生不同程度的影响。
