新英语课程标准对于课堂教学节奏的要求似乎是“快”。

事实上课堂教学中,如果疏而不密,学生就因过于松弛分散了注意力,则不能达到预期的效果并且阻碍学生认知水平的发展。

但是,我个人认为这个“快”又是相对的,也需要“慢”。

如果教学节奏密而不疏,学生就因长时间紧张造成疲劳,产生抑制。

盲目追求过快的节奏,学生的各种感观难以对其充分感知。

容易使学生的思维跟不上教学的进程,思维无法拓展,造成“消化不良”,效果适得其反。

我想这就要求教师有效把握教学内容和目标、灵活运用各种教学方法,并根据学生课堂表现调控课堂节奏。

并且在教学中密切联系课文,做到不脱离课文纯粹的讲解语法点。

因此,在平时的课堂设计和实施中,我也注意在这方面进行一定的探索和实践。

现以此次研讨课为例,简要对自己在课堂教学节奏设计和把握上的一些反思。

一、有效把握教学内容和目标,合理设计课堂节奏设计理念:根据课类型的不同以及同一课堂中不同环节目标的不痛,课堂的节奏也应是不同的。

在复习旧知识或新课的导人时,我认为,不管是在语言操练形式的转换或教学中的过度和衔接,教学环节的变替,应力求简洁、明快、紧凑。

浅易的内容,教师可简略的讲,节奏宜快,还可以“跳跃”,让学生不感到拖沓,不感到厌烦。

尤其是教师发出指令、评价性语言等更应简化语言、加快语速。

而对于教材的重点难点教学节奏宜缓,缓而不松.疏而不虚,多层次、小台阶分步训练。

让学生有充分的时间去动脑筋思考、理解消化。

这样的教学节奏,高低起伏,张驰得当,有利于集中学生注意力,提高课堂教学效果。

教学实践:每年高考阅读理解题、完形填空等题型都会碰到一些生词,有些生词往往是完形填空、阅读理解题得分的障碍,因此在平时教学中,指导学生阅读时进行猜词就显得十分必要。
