第五届“博恺杯”英文风采大赛总结
从活动开始到现在,从前期准备到活动当晚,我的心里都是忐忑的,在整个活动中我的想法就是想办好和怎么办好,这是时刻想着的。
历经2个月左右的时间,我发现自己成长了许多,特别是在个人能力方面,当然这关键是有学长们和同事们的培养和关心。
经过这次活动给我整体感觉是我们部门的凝聚力很强,大家虽然在工作的过程中有过情绪低落、不耐烦等等,但是大家都在我们快一年的感情上选择了尽力去完成活动所需要的每个细小的工作,为此我非常感动。
在这次活动前期准备过程中,我们每个人都有值得表扬和批评的地方。
说的最多的是细心和态度问题。
在活动过程中特别是细小的事情上,我们往往表现出的是粗心问题,像ppt中对各部门的称呼上、在做视频的时候对各学部的排序上、在对学校领导的职称和名字上等等。
细心问题还表现在对有些要做的事情考虑不周到,该做的事情没有做完整。
例如在做ppt方面,在做的时候就没有想周全,对其它部门的名称是否记得,对ppt要加的单词和歌词是否正确,对ppt配套的歌曲剪辑和背景音乐和颁奖音乐是否准备好,这都是考虑不周所造成的。
还有就是态度问题,这也是学长从我们进部门一直到现在跟我们反复说的重点,能力是其次,态度是第一位。
在这次活动中,我们每个人虽然在工作中有过这样和那样的不耐烦,但是我们大部门都是没有做些不好的事情,态度都还是能控制得住的。
在活动准备中,由于学生会在主席团换届,这对我们部门影响较大,因为这意味着我们要重新去适应一个新的部长,虽然陈敬珠学长曾是我们部门的副部长,但是换了一个人,多少还是有点不适应的。
这样对我们的工作就产生了间接的影响。
但是我想说的是不管我们在工作中曾有过什么烦心事,我们只针对事不针对个人,即使我们现在的部长是我们不认识的。
在这里我想和三位学长说句:谢谢这一路你们的陪伴!
下面我就来说说总决赛当晚我们有哪些好的和不好的地方。
首先是我们在视频方面,对于校领导及老师的排列顺序,这是我们今后要注意到地方,这关系到校领导老师面子的问题,一定要注意。
对ppt的制作不光是要把它做出来就完事了,还要把其配套的资料准备好。
对于活动中所需要的表格、议程、流程等材料我们一定要考虑到,不要等到临时才想起来,这样是不行的。
还有就是对于人员的安排上,一定要用心安排,不用根据每个人擅长的来安排,但是也不能把一件
事交给一个不懂个人来做,这样才能在活动当中减少不必要的失误,将活动办得更加出色。
对于电脑的操作出现问题是难免的,但是我们要不断熟悉电脑的操作,以减少在操作中的失误,给活动现场带来一种舒适的视觉享受。
在这次活动中让我们自己感动的是,大家对活动的尽心尽力,当我听见同事们在活动之后对我说他们在活动中是怎么付出的时候,我突然心跳加速,在当时我有种想把所有的事情自己扛在肩上的冲动。
在这我想说的是:同事们,你们都是最棒的,认识你们我很高兴,和你们待在同一屋檐下我感觉很幸福。
对于活动学长突然说让我负责,我很意外,因为在脑海中我从来没有这种想法,因为我认为我在公共场合的能力还不是很突出,虽然在开学初我在恢复到工作的状态很慢,但是我也很是用心的。
自从我负责起这个活动,我就使自己更加用心,虽然在这其中由于个人能力问题出现了很多失误,但是在大家的帮助下我都在尽力的改正,使我们做的任何一件事都尽量符合校团委学生会的标准,尽量不给他人把柄。
在这负责的过程中,我觉得一个大型活动大家每个人都要倾其全力为它付出,在这其中我们每个人虽然都会有不满,但是只要我们每个人都学会了处理各种突发事情,我们才能把活动继续进行下去,甚至才有可能把它办好,让我们付出的心血以至于不会白费。
所以到现在我有种无事一身轻的感觉,虽然如此,但是我们觉得在这一过程中成长了不少,只是这个过程很漫长,付出与收获同行。
进了学习部到现在,我想我已经学到了当初我进来想要学到的东西,可是在这一路,我有了意外的收获,那就是拥有的你们关心,这是用金钱买不到的无形财产,或许这种东西并不是每个人都想要或是想拥有的,但是对于我来说,我是非常珍惜它的,只是在日常生活中我不太擅长说话,但是我的心永远在部门这边,因为我觉得在部门这边我能实现我的价值,并在其中促进我个人的成长,使我更具有进入社会的资格。
对于我们部门的建议是:希望我们部门在以后的日子里,专业软件的能力能进一步提升,尽量使我们的活动更具有权威性,提高我们部门在团委学生会中的地位;可以隔一段时间进行一次部门建设,以加强部门内部的凝聚力,这样有利于部门活动的开展和部门内部人员关系更加融洽;加强与兄弟部门之间的沟通与交流,多多帮助其它部门,这样有利于本部门在办活动时其它部门能主动来帮助我们部门办活动,这样我们部门的活动影响力就能更加大,影响范围更加广泛;
我们部门在以后的部门聚餐中对于部员和部长之间一视同仁,特别是在敬酒方面,虽然在生活但是对于学长还是要尊敬的,不能想做什么就做什么,要约束好自己。
