所以在求职过程中,别的方面我不敢多言,但是在笔试方面,还是有一些心得的,现与大家分享与此,也欢迎牛人更正,大家点评。

我参加过的笔试:宝洁 PWC BP IST KP DTT 渣打强生英博啤酒瑞安房地产(一笔+二笔)交总行香港地铁可口可乐恒生银行阿迪达斯巴黎银行 CITI BANK 荷兰银行除了DTT和英博啤酒,其他笔试都通过了。

如今我找工作将近要结束了,有机会和时间把我的一些经验整理出来,给大家,更是给后来人参考,积攒RP。

其中考shl的有:KP BP IST 渣打交总行香港地铁可口可乐恒生银行巴黎银行 CITI BANK 荷兰银行我先简单介绍一下非SHL笔试的公司的情况:1.宝洁:解难测试+托业2.PWC是网上笔试:是人机对话的形式,新的笔试形式。

三个口语题,一个30分钟的作文。

3.DTT:性格测试,这个我玩不转的,很容易挂。

4.强生:笔试90分钟,90道题目,包括常识,数学,逻辑和语文。

主要注意的是要安排好时间,先做哪个部分,后做哪个部分。

个人感觉数学题最难,所以放到了最后,但是因为我第一次做数字和图形规律题,所以这部分做的还是不好。

笔试结束之前,我把那几个数字规律题目抄了下来,事后和同学讨论,了解了常见的规律,比如加减乘除,奇数偶数,和相等之类的,脑子就好像开窍了,为后面瑞安的笔试做了铺垫。

5.英博啤酒:图形规律题,很有趣的题目,可惜我第一次做,缺乏经验了,一开始的题目比较简单,但是越到后面题目越复杂,时间不够用。

numerical test和verbal test题型介绍、解题技巧与相关练习网站(最新整理版)现在越来越多的外资企业(包括若干投行、商业银行、industry的MT program等)已经把笔试(online test或者现场笔试)纳入应聘程序,其中很多公司的test用题源于一家名为SHL的机构。

感觉总体来说投行online test难度相对较高,其他稍低。

SHL类型test的一般分两部分,numerical test和verbal test。

一、题型介绍1.numerical testnumericaltest就是给出一张图或表,然后让你根据题干,提取有用的信息进行简单或复杂的计算,主要目的是考察你的基本运算,经济学常识和sense,以及迅速从纷繁复杂的大量信息里提取有价值信息的能力。

online test的nu mericaltest大概25道题左右,25分钟,现场笔试平均每题时间类似,如果要全做完的话,最好能保证一分钟一题的速度。

答案选项有的时候会有个none of these的选项,就是说不是上面的其他选项给出的答案。

做过numeric al test的同学可能都有过这样的经历:算出答案后,找来找去没有对应的选项,然后怀疑自己是不是算错了,其实很可能就是因为以上选项都是错的,所以应该选择none of these。

为了避免确实是自己算错的情况,你可以比较一下你的答案和其他选项的答案,如果相差太离谱,那有可能真的是你算错了。

另外,作numerical test往往涉及到一些运算,因此有必要配备计算器、笔和草稿纸(现场笔试除计算器一般都会发)。

计算器只要有基本的运算功能即可。

值得一提的是,题目里面用到的经济学知识大多是commonsense,即使偶然有复杂点的变量关系,一般也会给出公式。

草稿纸有什么用呢?大多数题目不是靠心算或者一步就能得出结果的,所以可以把自己的运算式写出来,便于验算,也不容易粗心犯错。

(一)求职规划:目标明确,成功的概率才会更大。

建议大家在开始找工作之前一定要想清楚自己的优势是什么,兴趣在哪里,将来想从事哪个方向的工作。

刚开始想这个问题的时候很多人都很迷茫,这是正常的,那就先大致定若干个方向作为重点,求职的过程中再慢慢锁定。

我最开始的时候给自己选了四个方向作为重点关注:咨询(战略和运营方面的),外资银行(花旗,汇丰,渣打等),快速消费品(玛氏,P&G,联合利华,强生等),四大会计师事务所。

其他优秀的企业如西门子、GE, 壳牌,BP英国石油等当然也不能放过,只是自己在这些领域没有什么优势,成功的概率不大,所以只是海投一下而已。

求职过程中我逐渐明白,大的战略咨询公司在国内只看重四大高校的学生,首先在教育背景这一关我就很难通过,而我又没有优秀到可以让他们不拘一格的地步,所以只好放弃。

而我也逐渐发现自己不喜欢做财务,所以四大从笔试就都放弃了。

这样我的求职目标就越来越明确,精力越来越集中,发挥的也越来越好。

(二)招聘信息搜集:除了大型的招聘网站如CHINAHR,51JOB等,再推荐两个和,里面有很全的招聘信息和很及时的面经。

再有就是各大高校的BBS求职板块。

想去北京的就看PKU和SMTH的,还有外经贸的小天鹅,这3个外企信息比较多。

想去上海的就关注复旦和上交的。

(这里提一下,厦门的信息确实太少了,有条件的还是要“走出去”,北大每天的宣讲就3-4场,招聘信息更是多的让人忙不过来。

)建议,把搜集来的信息整理一下,投过的做个标记。

SHL试题全分析SHL试题全分析对有志于杀进外企的应届经管类毕业生而言,SHL 公司的试题基木上是一道必须跨越的门槛。

至今为止采用他们的试题用于入门筛选笔试并且大张旗鼓招聘应届生的公司有:KPMG, HSBC,渣打,恒生其中KPMG 的数字测试己经给翻译成了中文,在难度上降低了一级。

(一)基本情况说明此类考试分为两部分,数字能力测试和文字能力测试,就是阅读理解。

数字测试是给出一张商业类型的统计图表(肯定是用EXCEL做的),要求你就表中各项数据之间的逻辑关系进行运算;文字测试是给出一小段商业或者社会题材的文字,对文章的一些事实进行辨认,考察理解程度。

总得来说测试的能力主要包括(按重要性降序排列):英文阅读速度;反应速度;逻辑推理;数字敏感度首先要说明的是,此种类型的能力测试属于压力测试。

就是考中让你一而看表一而发慌,考完让你很郁闷上半天:没做完!尤其是数字能力测试。

以我正式上场三次考试的经验,状态最好的时候,我完成了35道题目中的34道,仍然被迫猜了1道。

不夸张的说,这个成绩可以在所有大陆参加同类考试的参与者中排进top5%,在考虑到准确度之后。

敢于这么说的原因是,去年某银行的考试我在这项测试只完成到31道,依然进入了下一轮。

该银行在北大的笔试筛选率为10。

诡of 80o(二)准备工作据该公司说,此类能力测试的设计可以让参与者真实反映自身能力,通过模拟训练不会对结果有实质性影响。

对此我的评论:老外总是太低估中国学生的应试能力了,呵呵。

有把握的说,按照本文的提示进行对题型的熟悉和一定的练习,应试者可以在原有基础上至少提高10%的成绩。

第一步当然是熟悉题型,网上资源提示:就请自己在.shldirect. ± 搜索,这里是SHL公司的大本营,主要看的有考题示例和注册后可以参加的模拟考试。

我数学做了2/3,还有两道空着了,我并没有任何的不安,我感觉前面我做的差不多多能做对吧,毕竟难度不是很大。

Numerical时间很紧,图卡很烦。

没有exchange rate的题目,有可能太难今年不考。

出现了经典24题后三张图的题型。

V erbal 有36题的原题,分别是Section A B E 还有补充部分的F,所以大家可以好好看看,至少理解深刻,考场上不用读题,节省时间个人建议靠前把24题认认真真做一边,所有题目的思路必须理清初,要做到在考场上马上反映出思路的状态,不用想直接做,把事件留给没见过的题目。

希望大家都可以过。

2008年10月18日南京笔经by yang_618南京:今天上午9点--kpmg 做verbal题时,时间没把握好,以至于后面剩下两三个短文都没时间看,于是乱选,并且还没把机读卡圆圈涂满,草草涂的,也不知道机器读的出来不numerical还好,但有几道题算出来没答案,我还“不抛弃不放弃”的把那几个题算了四五遍,最后还是没算出答案,结果乱选。

PS:原本考虑过像新东方研究ETS一样对SHL题目进行解剖式的分析,但是后来考虑到这种考试本来就是用来衡量应聘者能力的,这么做弊大于利,所以只好作罢。另外,前几天很多同学都参加了ubs或者ml的onlinetest,之所以没有在test前发贴,除了个人时间上的原因以外,也是为了避免误导大家(毕竟偶的个人经验是一家之言),希望参加过test的同学进行改进和补充,谢谢。

三,其他需要注意的问题:
1,online test和现场考试的区别前面提到了,仅以我个人的经验,但就numerical test来说,onlinetest难度相对较高;verbal test现场笔试和online test难度差不多。onlinetest的题目是从题库里随机抽取的,所以会出现不同题目难度差别很大的情况。onlinetest一般选择了next下一题后就不可以回去改做过的题了,因为分值一样,所以需要懂得取舍和时间的合理安排。所以在前半段遇到难度特别大,没有把握较快完成,并且时间并不是很充裕的时候,不妨放弃一两题。现场考试的话,可以改前面的题,所以策略是先做容易的,难题最后再做。
2,practice 通常(不管是online test还是现场笔试)都会在正式开始test时让你做几道样题practice一下(online test可以反复做,题目不变),目的是让你适应一下题目类型,就像比赛前的热身。
