课程简介：

我国刑法在法典规范上分为总则与分则两大部分，总则讲授犯罪与刑罚的基本原理，而分则主要讲授具体犯罪的罪名、构成以及他们各自的法定刑，特别是要研究如何适用这些罪名。由于刑法分则规定具体罪名，因此，具有很强的实践性，学习刑法分则必须密切联系日常生活和司法实践，尤其是那些被舆论所关注的重大刑事案件更应该成为刑法分则课堂讲授的内容。通过案件来讲授刑法，容易为学生所接受，不仅能激发学生的学习热情，也使刑法课程生动、实际，充满活力。
