The effect of tempering condition on milling performance and flour functionality for soft red winter (SRW) wheat grain was tested by measuring flour yield, ash, polyphone oxidase (PPO), and solvent retention capacity (SRC) in grain samples from three SRW cultivars (Roane, Cyrus, and Severn). Tempering was conducted with a full factorial design of initial wheat moisture, tempered wheat moisture, tempering temperature, and tempering time at two levels. Tempered wheat moisture had the largest effect on milling performance and flour functionality. Flour yield was more reduced for all samples tempered at 15% moisture than for samples tempered to 12% moisture. Increasing the tempering moisture increased flour sucrose SRC and lactic acid SRC but reduced sodium carbonate SRC for samples. 随着原油产量的逐年递减,原油稳定装置的实际处理量低于设计处理量。

以北I-1原稳站为例(以下均以此站为例),共有8组16台换热器,设计原油流量为12000t/d ,目前实际原油流量为5000~6060t/d,其负荷率已经不足设计的50%。

原油流量减少会造成原油在换热器内的流速降低,流动状态由湍流变成层流,层流的流动状态不利于传热,导致换热器传热效果差,加热炉负荷增加,能耗增加,稳后原油温度升高,不能满足工艺要求。

因此开展了原油量变化对换热器传热效率的影响规律研究,实施了低负荷换热器的结构改造。

1影响换热器传热的因素根据传热速率方程,换热器尺寸固定的情况下,传热面积即固定。

在工艺参数稳定的情况下,冷、热流体温差也基本固定,因此影响传热量的主原油稳定装置换热器运行节能探讨与实践陈光(大庆油田设计院有限公司)摘要:随着油田的持续开发,原油产量逐年递减,原油稳定装置的负荷低于设计处理量,原油换热器中原油流速降低,湍动程度差,传热效率下降。

为达到工艺要求的温度,需要提高加热炉热负荷,这不仅增加了能源的消耗,且加热炉长期处于高负荷运行状态,易造成炉管的变形烧穿。

通过应用连续螺旋折流板换热器,以及对管箱和小浮头盖的改造,将换热器由2管程改为4管程,减小了原油通量口径,提高了原油流速,传热系数提高了30%以上。

改造后加热炉耗气每天减少约5000m 3,年可节约燃料气165×104m 3。

结果表明,接种量为106和107 CFU/g 降低了风干肠发酵结束时的pH (P <0.05),与对照组相比,106 CFU/g 的接种促进了终产品水分含量和水分活度的提升,而色差和剪切力并未在组间发现显著差异(P >0.05)。

清酒乳杆菌的接种降低了醛类物质含量,且仅接种106 CFU/g 增加了醇类、酸类和酯类物质含量(P <0.05),进而使电子鼻“感知”到了比对照组更为浓烈的特征气味。

These two chemicals are typical water-soluble agents in Bohai oilfield, including the small molecule surfactant SR and polymer ZK. The results indicated that,under the same condition, the oil displacement property of ZK was better than that of SR, and the increase of temperature and salinity as well as the decrease of permeability were not conducive to the improvement of oil displacement performances for both two agents. The reasons for the effect of temperature and permeability on the oil displacement property were analyzed by interfacial tension test, heavy oil viscosity reduction analysis, apparent viscosity measurement and microscopic displacement experiment. The results showed that the increase of temperature promoted the increase of interfacial tension, the decrease of heavy oil viscosity reduction, and the decrease of the apparent viscosity of ZK solution, which was not good for agents to enhance the oil displacement and sweep properties.
