我们将这节课定位为随堂课,意在通过扎实的语言训练使学生能牢固掌握知识点,并能熟练运用句型。

这篇课文出自《新标准英语》第四册第七模块第二单元,在第一单元中,讲述了Daming制作了一个project简单地介绍了美国的一些情况。

用上的句型有:People speak English in America. Washington D.C. is the capital of the USA. It’s in the east. San Francisco is a nice city. 等。

而第二单元是在此基础上以句型Beijing is the capital of China. It’s in the east.为重点来介绍了其他城市的一些基本情况。

一、经过我们小组的讨论交流,拟定了以下教学目标:1. 巩固四个方位词east, west, north, south,并能听说读写2. 能简单介绍一个城市及其方位。

二、重点:方位词三、难点:拓展运用四、围绕目标我们设计了以下教学环节:1. 以游戏开课兴趣是最好的老师,而好的开始是成功的一半,为了将学生的注意力从课外吸引到课堂来,开课时,尽量以有趣新颖的方式进行。

因此,我们设计了一个炸弹游戏,此游戏意在利用单词卡片复习在本课中需要用到的词汇,比如说地名,形容词等。

这个游戏的有趣之处在于在单词卡片中藏一张炸弹卡,制造紧张激烈氛围。

当读到炸弹卡时,所有学生必须大喊BOMB。

有了这动感而刺激的学习氛围,相信学生对接下来的英语课堂会充满了期待。
