College Life and Middle School Life
1996年专四作文真题范文_College Life And Middle School Life
It is generally accepted by college students that the main difference between middle school and college life lies in the degree of independence. As for me, I prefer the more independent life in university for the following three reasons.First and foremost, since the very day I entered the university, I have learned to live on my own and cultivated the habit of solving problems by myself. Without parents company, I have learned to arrange my daily meals for myself, wash clothes, set financial plans and make decisions relying on myself. Besides, college life is academically different from that in middle schools. Teachers in university only give students due guidance at due time, which renders college students more freedom to set academic goals. What¡¯s more, we can choose any courses we are interested in and the teachers whose teaching styles are to our preference. Last but not least, we enjoy more free extracurricular time. We can make good use of the free time to broaden our views and make more friends. In conclusion, I am leading a life that is quite different from that in middle school, and I enjoy more independence in university. To the freshmen, I would suggest they devise various methods to adjust themselves to such an independent lifestyle sooner.。
作文 College Life Versus Middle School Life
College Life Versus Middle School Life When I stepped into college, the fresh air blew into my college life, which was extremely different from middle school life. The various experiences in college life, to some extent, brought about a large number of new ideas. These new ideas not only helped me in broadening my horizons, but also made me mature. Substantially, compared with middle school life, I primarily made changes in the following aspects.Firstly, the target of study differs from each other. In order to enter an excellent university, we had to burn our oil every day with little time to relax ourselves. In addition, our parents always chattered to us about the importance of being admitted into a well-known university. In comparison, college education pays more attention to heighten students’ability and improve our professional skills. Moreover, in most of the time, I study on my own initiative as well as arrange everything reasonably instead of being forced.Secondly, there is an obvious change on living expense as well. In the past, I took no more than 10 Yuan every day. If it had been necessary to turn over any expense, I would have asked for money from my parents. And also, I didn’t know exactly my expenses per month in total. Nowadays, I am used to keeping accounts to take control of the expense per month. In addition, doing part-time jobs are also benefit to increase living expenses. I still remember the first class in which I plucked up mycourage to deliver the speech in front of lots of children and their parents, and how excited I was when I received my first salary.Last but not least, we should undertake different responsibilities in each period. For middle school students, the cardinal task was to get high marks so that we could be admitted into an upper leveled school. We should ensure that our parents have less trouble as far as possible. On the contrary, along the way, there are something else for us to think over. We need to consider what kind of career we want to start. Moreover, I should avoid living so far away from my parents for the sake of taking care of them conveniently in the future. To sum up, college life is a completely new picture scroll which is unfolding in the front of me. Compared with college life, middle school life mainly differs in the target of study, living expenses and responsibilities. As time passed by, accumulating more valuable experience will help me learn independence and lay down definite plans for tomorrow. In my opinion, that is the significance of learning the differences between middle school life and college life.。
the difference between college life and middle school life
Directions;Work in pair to talk about the differences between the life in College and the life in middle school and make presentation in class. For reference版本一:College life is new to me. What impressed me most at the beginning of college life was that there is so much difference between my college life and my middle school life.At the middle school, I spent most of the time studying. It even took up our spare time. Various examinations fell on me. All I did was to pass the college entrance examination. While, life at college is full of various activities. For example, there are frequent games of football, basketball, or volleyball. Also, there are English corners where you may have a chance to speak English.Although both college students and middle school students attend lectures every day, they have different ways to study. College students must learn to study independently. They must try to solve problems or find answers by themselves through reading a lot of books. While, middle school students depend more on their teachers. In a word, I think college life is more colorful.版本二:I became a real college student shortly after the college entrance examination. College life is new to me. what impressed me most at the beginning of college life was that there is so much difference between my college life and my middle school life.At the middle school, I spent most of the time studying. It even took up our spare time. Various examinations fell on me, out of breath. All I did was to pass the college entrance examination. After I went to college, things were changed. Homework was s eldom assigned and we needn’t study deep into night. We tried our best to find all kinds of ways to entertain ourselves, which seemed to make up for what we had lost in the middle school life.As for social communication, it is totally different between the two. As a middle-school student, we paid little attention to the relationship between classmates and failed to think of how to promote the relationship. Maybe at that time, our pure thought made us ignore it. However, social communication attracts more and more attention from students. Students come to realize the importance of communication with others. It is regarded as a way to better smooth the barrier or hardships on the path to success. As far as I am cornered, these two differences are the main ones I have ever found so far. In a word, to distinguish correctly the college life and the middle school life helps to make our college life more colorful.版本三:If people ask me such a question—what do you think is the main difference between your college life and middle school ?My answer is always the same: the main difference is that in college I enjoy a great degree of “independence”I prefer college life to middle school mainly because I am independent both in daily life and in my academic studies. In college I will arrange my daily life by myself and make decisions of my own will. As foracademic study, I have a plenty of free time after class for self-study and learn whatever I am interested in . To be successful in all the courses I have to learn, I even can have a workable plan of my own. While in middle school, I lived a dependent life. My daily life was arranged all by my parents. I even could not decide what to eat and what to wear, for my parents usually had the final say. And I was jammed with what the teachers wanted to feed me, without considering whether I really liked to learn or not. By comparison I should say I love the independent life in college. In college I feel I am a grown-up.In short, my college life is quite different from my middle school life. In college, I am much more independent in my daily life and study. To those new comers, I would suggest that they rely on themselves and be and independent man.Network information1.Way of Campus LifeNow, I have much more spare time than ever before. It means that I must find a way to make full use of it. Some people said “College is a heaven where you can do what you want. So free yourself, and don’t care for study.” Is it really right? Should I follow it? I doubt it. As a colle ge student, I know, study is the main purpose.A college should have a good command of up-to-date knowledge in certain fields of science and technology. If I haven’t much knowledge in this knowledge explosion time, I will be a useless man.2. The Differences between High School Life and College LifeWhen students finish their high school courses and enter the classrooms of a college or a university, they will deal with new classmates, new teachers, new requirements of study, in a word, a completely new environment. They have to adapt themselves to the new life on campus. There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First, a freshman will live far away from his family, and in addition, the climate and food may be different from those of his home place, so he has to take good care of himself. Second, he will live with classmates who come from various parts of the country and who may have different living habits. Third, he is to learn a lot of new knowledge, and he has more time for him to budget. It may take a freshman some while to become accustomed to the study and life at college. However, we all have to accept constant challenges of new things in our life. College students should treasure the days of higher learning and prepare themselves for the future life and work.3. Many students feel that life on university campus is not as intense as it was in middle school. Some are even at a loss to how time should be spent because there are not as many courses, which is the most obvious difference. And there is no one who will keep an eye on you all the time as well. You have to learn to acquire knowledge mostly by yourself, making use of the library. Actually, I find I have learnt more about the world and the society in the past two years than what I have learned from all the formal classes at middle school. Also I find many extracurricula lectures given by guest speakers most stimulating. In a word, one thing I am sure now: college life is and will be a most colorful and fruitful period in my whole life.。
范文4The Main Difference Between My College Life and My Middle School Life
The Main Difference Between My College Life and My MiddleSchool LifeAs we all know, life in college differs from that in the middle school in many aspects. From where I stand, I would say that the main difference between my college life and my middle school life lies in the fact that college provides a more flexible study environment while the latter a rather stereotype style.Owing to the sharp differences between the two styles, certainly I prefer the college life to the middle school one. There are two major causes resulting in my viewpoint. For one thing, college life makes ampler room for me to study, to entertain myself, and to communicate with other students, which undoubtedly does great good to enhance my knowledge. For another, it is the flexible study model that gives me a great deal of time to touch on other studies, such as arts, history, linguistics and so on, which will help me broaden my horizon and further improve my understanding about society and life. From what has been discussed above, we may safely come to a conclusion that middle school life has something worth cherishing, compared with which, however, college life ismore colorful and beneficial to the sound growth of students.。
英语作文My College Life and Middle School Life
My College Life and Middle School LifeAs every college student would agree, life in college is not the same as it was in the middle school .The remarkable differences between them, from my perspective, are the following aspects. In the first place, the main difference lies in the degree of independence. In college,I enjoy a great degree of independence.I live on my own:wash my own clothes, buy my own food, look after myself.I make daily decisions of my own will. Moreover, I depend heavily on myself in my study.I have plenty of free time outside the class. In contrast,I lived a dependent life in the middle school. My parents were responsible for my daily life so that I did not have to worry about food, clothing.Nor did I have to plan much for my study. My teacher had almost everything in store for me.What I needed to do was to swallow it and digest it.The harder I worked under the teacher’s instruction, the greater my progress.By comparison,I would say I love the independent life now. After all, I am already an adult. What is more, they are different with regards to learning style. As the middle school student ,we are forced to do some boring tasks and have no choices to pick up our interested subjects and learning contents. We are tired and have no motivation to do anything. On the contrary, the way we learn is more active in college.College students can manage their study time by themselves. We can join the class and talk about our own opinion. We are abled to take part in something we like to do ,which is hard to learn in middle school. To sum up,I live a quite different life in college from that in my middle school in that I am much more responsible for my own life and study.I think I can adapt to the different period of my life and make most use of it!。
英语作文(大学和高中生活的不同)
My college life and middle school lifeThere is great difference between my college life and middle school life. But they still have some common points.Compared to middle school life, college life is relax, we don’t need to study from morning till night. And almost no one will force us to study. We have to rely on our initiative. Not too much people will care about us in the college, even our tutors. We have to deal with difficulties by ourselves. In the middle school, we always have an exact goal, being admitted to the university. But in the college, we lost our exact goal. Unlike middle school, we have to rebuild our goals in the college. In the college, we still have classmates and teachers like middle school. The habit of helping each other never changes , studying is also the essential part in our college life. Whatever we are in the middle school or college, our parents will still miss us and we should never forget them .Calling them time and again is a sensible behavior in the college.于豪社保班130150830。

介绍大学和中学生活的异同英语作文
介绍大学和中学生活的异同英语作文College life and high school life are two very different experiences. While both are part of the education system, they have their own unique characteristics that set them apart. In this essay, we will explore the similarities and differences between college and high school life. One major difference between college and high school life is the level of independence. In high school, students typically have a set schedule and are told what classes to take and when to take them. They also have teachers and parents who closely monitor their progress and provide guidance. In college, however, students have more freedom to choose their own classes and schedule. They are also responsible for managing their time, studying, and completing assignments on their own. This increased level of independence can be both liberating and challenging for students as they transition from high school to college.Another difference between college and high school life is the academic rigor. In high school, classes are usually smaller and more structured, with teachers providing a lot of guidance and support. College classes, on the other hand, are often larger and more challenging, with professors expecting students to take amore active role in their learning. College students are expected to think critically, analyze information, and engage in discussions with their peers. This shift in academic expectations can be difficult for some students who are used to the more structured environment of high school. On the other hand, there are also some similarities between college and high school life. For instance, both college and high school students are faced with the pressures of academic performance and maintaining a social life. They also have to navigate relationships with peers, teachers, and classmates, and juggle extracurricular activities and part-time jobs. Additionally, both college and high school students face challenges such as stress, anxiety, and peer pressure. In conclusion, college and high school life are two very different experiences, each with its own unique challenges and rewards. While college offers students more independence and academic rigor, high school provides a more structured environment with more guidance and support. Ultimately, both college and high school provide valuable opportunities for personal and academic growth, shaping students into the individuals they will become in the future.。

介绍中学和大学生活对比的英文作文的开头
介绍中学和大学生活对比的英文作文的开头全文共10篇示例,供读者参考篇1Hey guys, today I want to talk about the differences between middle school and college life. Middle school was pretty chill, you know? We had classes from 8am to 3pm, and then we could go home and hang out with our friends. But college is a whole different ball game. Let me tell you all about it!In middle school, we had to go to all our classes every day. We had subjects like math, science, English, and history. We had to do our homework every night and study for tests. But in college, things are way more flexible. We get to pick our own classes and schedule. We can even skip a class if we want to (but not too often, or we'll fail, haha).Another big difference is the teachers. In middle school, our teachers were always checking up on us and making sure we did our work. They would give us reminders and help us with anything we needed. In college, though, the teachers are more like guides. They give us the information, but it's up to us to dothe work and study on our own. They treat us more like adults, which is cool but also kind of scary. One thing that's really different in college is the social life. In middle school, we hung out with our friends all the time. We ate lunch together, played sports together, and went to each other's houses on weekends. But in college, things are more spread out. We have different classes and schedules, so it's harder to see each other as often. We have to make more of an effort to hang out and stay in touch.Anyway, that's just the beginning of the differences between middle school and college life. There's so much more to talk about, so stay tuned for the rest of my essay!篇2Hey guys, have you ever wondered how different life is between middle school and college? Well, let me tell you all about it!First of all, let's talk about middle school. In middle school, we have a set schedule with different classes and teachers for each subject. We usually have about 6-8 classes per day and we have to move from one classroom to another between classes. On the other hand, college is a whole different ball game. In college, we get to choose our own classes and schedule. We have more flexibility in choosing the courses that interest us and we can even choose the time of day that we want to have classes.Another big difference between middle school and college is the level of responsibility. In middle school, our parents or teachers usually remind us of deadlines and assignments. But in college, we have to manage our time and assignments all by ourselves. It can be pretty challenging at first, but it also helps us become more independent and responsible.Overall, both middle school and college have their own unique experiences and challenges. Stay tuned to learn more about the differences between these two stages of education!篇3Hey guys, today I'm going to talk about the differences between middle school and college life! It's like comparing apples to oranges, they're both fruit but very different. So buckle up and let's dive in!In middle school, life was pretty chill. We had classes from morning till afternoon, with breaks in between for recess and lunch. We had our own desk in the classroom, and we stayed inthe same classroom for most of the day. Our teachers were always there to help us out and make sure we understood the lessons. And let's not forget about the school bus rides with our friends, singing along to our favorite songs and gossiping about who likes who.But in college, it's a whole new ball game. We have to manage our own schedules, choose our own classes, and figure out how to balance studying, social life, and maybe even apart-time job. The classrooms are bigger, the workload is heavier, and the professors expect us to take more responsibility for our learning. Plus, there's no more school bus rides – now we have to navigate public transportation or drive ourselves to campus. So yeah, middle school and college are like two different worlds. But hey, we're all in this together, learning and growing every step of the way. Let's embrace the challenges and enjoy the ride!篇4Hey guys, have you ever wondered what the differences are between middle school and college life? 关于中学生活和大学生活的不同英语作文
关于中学生活和大学生活的不同英语作文Life as a middle school student and life as a college student are two distinct stages in a person's educational journey. The transition from one to the other is marked by significant changes in lifestyle, responsibilities, and overall experiences. In this essay, I will delve into the differences between middle school life and college life. One of the most notable differences between middle school and college life is the level of independence and freedom that students have. In middle school, students are typically under the constant supervision of teachers, parents, and other authority figures. Their schedules are structured, and their actions are closely monitored. In contrast, college students enjoy a greater degree of freedom to make their own choices and manage their own time. They have the autonomy to choose their classes, extracurricular activities, and how they spend their free time. This level of independence can be both liberating and overwhelming for college students who are still getting used to managing their time and responsibilities.Another key difference between middle school and college life is the academic rigor and workload. In middle school, students are introduced to a broad range of subjects andconcepts, but the coursework is typically less demanding compared to college. In college, students are expected to delve deeper into their chosen fields of study and engage in critical thinking, research, and independent study. The workload can be intense, with multiple assignments, exams, and projects due at the same time. College students must develop strong time management and study skills to succeed academically.Social dynamics also differ between middle school and college life. In middle school, students are often part of aclose-knit community of peers who they have known for several years. Friendships are formed and cliques are established based on shared interests and experiences. College, on the other hand, is a melting pot of students from diverse backgrounds and experiences. College students have the opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, and expand their social circles. The social scene in college can be more dynamic and challenging to navigate, but it also offers the chance to form lasting relationships and forge new connections. Finally, the overall experience of middle school and college life is shaped by the level of personal growth and development that students undergo. Middle school is a time of exploration and self-discovery, where students begin to uncover theirpassions, interests, and goals. College, on the other hand, is a transformative period where students mature intellectually, emotionally, and socially. College students are exposed to new ideas, perspectives, and experiences that challenge their beliefs and broaden their horizons. The transition from middle school to college is a time of growth, change, and evolution as students navigate the complexities of adulthood and discover who they are and who they want to become. In conclusion, the differences between middle school and college life are vast and multifaceted. From independence and academic rigor to social dynamics and personal growth, the transition from one stage to the other is a transformative journey that shapes students' futures. While each stage has its challenges and rewards, both middle school and college life offer valuable opportunities for learning, growth, and self-discovery.。

I think it’s fair to say that most of us knows that middle school and college are two phases in our study career. so there must be some differences between them. Firstly, as middle school studarents, however, college students can make a decision by themselves. For example, when I was in middle school , my parents prepared everything for me. At that time, I could do noting; but after I came to college, I learned to do something, such as washing, cooking, shopping. The most important thing is I learned how to be independent.
Secondly, the aim of middle school was to go to a good high school to accept further education. They have no choice but to learn knowledge from the books. Whereas college students have many other things to do except study, and they can learn language not only from the books but also by other ways. I just listened to teachers carefully and do exercise everyday when I was a middle school student, and the teachers always told us that we should study hard if we wanted to be a useful person. But in the college, we can take part in some activities to improve our ability. Study is very important, but we should apply our knowledge to reality. This is our purpose. No matter in middle school or college, we should cherish what we have owned, everything is our treasure.
