【学习重难点】1. 重点：1. 连词although/ though, so---that---, such---that---, so that的用法。

【知识点讲解】一、though 和although1. although/though用作连词, 意为“尽管, 虽然” , 常用于引导让步状语从句。
让步状语从句表示即使出现从句中的情况,主句动作仍然会发生，有“退一步说……”的意思。
【注意】although和though可用于句首或句中, 一般情况下可以互换使用。
although和though引导的从句无论在句首还是在句中，和主句之间都要用逗号隔开。
在口语中，though较常使用，although比though更正式。
2.although和though不能与连词but同时使用,不过可与yet, still连用。
二、so---that, such---that---和so that1. so…that…引导结果状语从句，意思是“如此---以至于---”so …that…句型中的so是副词，常用来修饰形容词或副词，常用句型为：主语 + 谓语动词 + so +adv./adj. +that从句2. such …that…作“如此…以至于”解，连接一个表示结果的状语从句。
such后边要用名词（这个名词前面可以带形容词，也可以不带）。
