英语听说读写技能之我见
经常会有朋友和学生家长询问学好英语的诀窍或捷径，通过两年的教学和自己学英语的经历，我认为在英语学习上是无捷径可走的，但有方法可循。
科学的学习方法可以帮助我们达到事半功倍的效果。
众所周知英语学习主要分为培养英语听、说、读、写四个方面的技能。
听说读写技能在生活实际中是综合使用的，因此在教学中要设计贴近生活实际的，可能发生的，综合性的活动。
听说读写技能的综合设计应以话题为核心，以语言知识为基础，在活动的设计中应有跨文化因素、策略因素和情感因素。
情境设计要鲜活有趣。
听说读写能力是相辅相成的，但不能自然转换，要专门训练，相互结合。
所以，我们教师要对听说读写进行专项练习。
下面我谈谈自己的学习心得和教学方式。
说和写的教学要以传达信息、表达信息、表达观点、完成交际任务为主要目的。
说和写都要重视思维的逻辑性，语篇结构的内在联系。
说和写都是输出形式，说和写的教学都要与听和读的输入活动相结合。
说和写的教学要相互转换，也能够相互支持和发展。
说的教学要培养学生的信心，使学生乐于用英语进行表达并掌握口头表达技巧。
1. 说
说的活动主要有：表达情景对话、模拟情景对话、短剧表演、小组讨论、全班讨论、演讲、简短报告、讲故事、接续故事、复述故事、相互补充信息。
我时常用的活动有：情景对话、短剧表演、复述故事和相互补充信息。
下面谈谈我自己对复述的运用。
我现在教的初一年级的学生兴趣比较浓，但是到了具体运用上就由一定的难度了。
记得大学时在培训中心让学生背课文，基本没有背不上来的。
可是现在教的孩子就觉得背课文是难上加难。
因为以前用过让学生当堂复述课文的经历。
于是，我就将课本中3a的关键词写到黑板上让学生做复述和挖空练习。
每次我都等到最后一个同学复述完，感觉这一过程，所有学生都张嘴了，而且很多时候他们是按大意复述的，也就是说在这一活动中他们的口语达到了锻炼，而且他们能够理解自己所说的。
同时在这一过程中，他们特别留心同伴的错误，这样也帮助他们自己加深了记忆。
我觉得复述课文挺适合我们这种背课文有难度的学生。
另外，我特别想办个英语角，就是类似于英语节那样的活动，可是由于班里人少，想要几个年级一起搞有一定的难度。
如果能进行英语演讲比赛当然好了，还有英语话剧表演。
目前自己能力范围的就是让自己的两个班上合班课，在课上进行展示。
通过视频学习，我觉得自己对说后活动不重视，很多时候我可能有意无意就落了这一环节。
通过视频学习我了解到说后活动：列出要点和细节、写出要点、转述信息。
因此，自己今后要特别注意这方面的练习，只有做好说前、中、后各环节才能帮助学习更好的达到说的目的。
2.写
写的教学要使学生会：根据主题确定体裁、选择素材；整理思路、按语篇结构有逻辑性地组织语言；正确使用语法、标点符号以及大小写字母，会修改自己的文章；写的教学要培养学生的语篇结构意识、用词的准确性、语法的正确性，特别重视提高拼写的正确率。
同样我们通常把写也分为三个环节：写前、写中、写后。
写前活动主要有：激发信息、激活相关信息、明确目的和读写对象、讨论主题、确定要点、搜集素材、阅读范文、语言准备。
通常写之前都是对课文进行了系统地学习再进行写的内容。
那么我们前面所学的课文就是我们的范文，我们对范文进行分析和学习后有了一定的语言基础就开始写作文。
我们现行课本中通常3a是我们学习的课文，当我们学习完3a 后，就会做3b的练习。
我觉得学习3a就是阅读范文，就是我们的语言准备。
我们在3a中学习，目的就是让学生能够将其中的
知识得以运用。
写中活动主要有：填空、看图写话、连句成文、口头作文、仿写改写、写提纲、写初稿、提示作文、把图标转换成文字、修改、听写。
就像前面提到的3b一样，有时它是挖空听力练习，有时是看图填空练习。
在学生写的时候完全可以对照3a的课文进行仿写。
所以我们可以根据具体情况设计不同的写的活动。
通过写我们能够更好地了解学生对知识掌握的情况，就可以对下一堂课进行更合理的设计。
写后活动主要有：展示作品、小组交流、制作板报墙报、同伴互评。
多媒体教学真的是老师的好帮手，去年我听同事的美术课，她将学生的绘画作品展示在实物投影上，这样班里学生再多，坐得再远也可以看清楚。
后来，我上公开课的时候就安排了小学生写简短的信，写完打在投影上让学生自己汇报。
结果一个学生写道：Yesterday，Wan Zewei ate apples at WC.不过这样以来其他学生也想展示，就认真按要求写了。
而且通过实物投影对写得好的句子进行鼓励，也可以对学生出现的错误进行纠正。
这样比较直观，也给老师的教学减轻了负担。
3.听
北京市东城区171中学陈术老师在视频中提到目前听力教学的现状，即：没有听力的规划和方法，就是去大量地听完成选择判断等题目。
在听力的方面缺乏整体的规划，听、说、读、写是相互依赖。
相互促进的它们实际上是一起发展的。
我们在平时的教学中也不难发现——学生在学习外语的时候可能能阅读懂短文，却听不懂。
也许是我们所做的听力训练缺乏技巧。
听一种声音的训练。
声音的输入，听的训练是必不可少的。
听力理解中需要训练的技能有：1.理解说话人的意图。
2.评价所听内容。
3.听懂语段的深层含义。
那么这就要求我们在听前做一些热身活动和准备工作。
听力对于有悟性的学生会提高，学习困难的就会越拉差距越大，所以听前的准备活动是他别重要的，要让学生带着问题去听。
有目的的去听。
就像视频中解读的案例一样将所设问题打在大屏幕上，让学生带着问题、有目的的去听比较能够帮助学生学会捕捉和删选信息，比较容易抓住重点。
听中则要引导学生边听边做笔记、判断情况的真伪、边听边通过推理，形成对整个故事发展的见解。
记得四年有一段听力是介绍自己的教室的，很多学生对10以上的数字不熟悉，反应不过来。
我就教他们去推算，即：如果教室里有10张桌子，那么通常可以坐多少学生？需要多少把椅子？有些听力内容是非常结合实际的，所以我们可以教会学生用实际情况去推理。
当设计数字的时候我们可以先简记各项信息，然后听完根据要求进行运算。
听后活动主要有：角色扮演；根据所听内容进行转述；根据听时所作的笔记；写出梗概利用听到的信息，以同一主题，从另一个角度写出文章。
目前我教的初一的水平就停留在能听出一些信息并做简单判断。
所以，我上课的时候不得不使用一些汉语。
通常我会让学生先用英语说出他们所听到的简短的信息，例如短语和单词。
然后让学生用汉语描述听到的大意。
感觉在听后的活动上我也需加强对孩子们的练习。
对于我们这里这样学习有困难的学生我认为选用听力材料时最好选用真实语境中的话语。
4.读
初中英语阅读在初中英语教学中已经开始逐渐占主导地位，而阅读课的提问在教学中则起到了不可替代的作用。
新课标中提到我们的英语教学最重要的目标是培养学生的阅读兴趣和乐于阅读的习惯。
我们都有这样的经历，在和孩子们一起学习一片阅读文章的时候，如果我们能用环环相扣的问题步步推进，那么孩子的学习热情往往很高，思维也比较活跃，独立思维的探索的能力也会很强。
我觉得我们就可以用问题跟学生进行互动，给学生提供更多演练的空间。
同时，用问题激活孩子们的思维。
问题固然能够帮助我们更好地进行阅读教学但是问题并不是
多多益善的。
我们设计问题时就要注意：1.问题要精要细，不能图量，关键考察读的效果。
2.设计问题时要考虑学生的心理因素，不能在问题中否定某一学生，给其他学生错误的引导。
3.问题不易太难。
问题太难很难调动学生的积极性。
反之，太简单也会让学生失去兴趣。
虽然我上面谈了自己对听说读写的教学的认识和感悟。
但是我认为听说读写技能的综合设计应有主有次，即以一项为主，以其他为辅；错落有致，不应求其全，但要合情合理。
有时候我们想方设法想做到面面俱到，但是课堂就那么45分钟，我们在问45分钟要质量的同时很难做到面面俱到、缺一不可。
因为我们设计每一种教学的时候都要有前、中、后的活动。
所以我们只能一项练习为主，其他练习为辅。
我觉得一般情况下我们采用两种方式结合效果会好一些。
听说读写技能的综合活动要从简到繁，累积包容。
听说读写技能的综合活动设计要精心地为学生自我发挥和自由创造留出空间。
在设计听说读写综合活动时要先写出脚本，确保学生在活动中所使用的核心语言是教学目标语言，并且边设计边调整，有目的、有计划地激活、提取、整合过去学过的语言知识。
还有我想请教各位办英语节和英语演讲比赛的有关事宜，因为自己最年轻要办学校就教给我自己负责。
可是我还没有筹备活动方面的经验，希望大家给点建议。
