四年级英语第二学期教学计划一、学情分析:通过半年的教学,我所任教的四(2)、四(3)班大部分学生有了较大的改变。
学生学习态度端正,上课认真听讲,认真完成课内课外作业,不懂的地方也能主动问老师、同学,大部分人积极要求上进,因此一部分同学英语成绩进步很大。
但是,班内的学困生也较多,像方紫悦、程世杰、候宗阳等,这些学生英语成绩较差,学习习惯也不好,平时作业质量较差,英语单词、课文不肯背诵,默写基本上都不及格,经过一个学期的补缺补差,这些学生在原有的基础上都有一点点进步,但是部分同学成绩还是很难跟上。
因此本学期除了做好常规工作外,我要重点抓这些学困生,努力培养他们对英语学习的自信,对英语学习的兴趣,在课堂教学中,要多关心,课外要耐心、细致地做好补差工作,让他们体验英语学习的快乐,让每一个人都有进步。
