四年级英语第二学期教学计划一、学情分析：通过半年的教学，我所任教的四（2）、四（3）班大部分学生有了较大的改变。
学生学习态度端正，上课认真听讲，认真完成课内课外作业，不懂的地方也能主动问老师、同学，大部分人积极要求上进，因此一部分同学英语成绩进步很大。
但是，班内的学困生也较多，像方紫悦、程世杰、候宗阳等，这些学生英语成绩较差，学习习惯也不好，平时作业质量较差，英语单词、课文不肯背诵，默写基本上都不及格，经过一个学期的补缺补差，这些学生在原有的基础上都有一点点进步，但是部分同学成绩还是很难跟上。
因此本学期除了做好常规工作外，我要重点抓这些学困生，努力培养他们对英语学习的自信，对英语学习的兴趣，在课堂教学中，要多关心，课外要耐心、细致地做好补差工作，让他们体验英语学习的快乐，让每一个人都有进步。
