近期,一位著名企业家到商学院作演讲,在长达四个小时的演讲中,企业家反复强调最为基础的商业常识,却被商学院的学生们看作是场冗长的、毫无价值的扫盲教育。
其实不然,正如
《劝学》所云“不积跬步,无以至千里”。
所谓“卓越”,无非是将最简单的东西重复训练到极致。
做学问、做企业亦是如此,将基本功练扎实,层次自然就上去,能力的提升也是水到渠成。
然而在基本功并不扎实的情况下,一味地去追求那些高端华丽的领域,除了满足你的好奇心外,并没有其它作用。
甚至还会打乱你认知的步伐,养成了浅尝辄止、一知半解的坏习惯。
故而学习的第一个过程,就是反复练习自己的基础知识。
