四年级的孩子英语学习气氛很好,好学,对游戏特别感兴趣,也有很浓的竞争意识。

在设计活动时,我力求通过多样化的操练和多彩的游戏,激活学生思维的兴奋点,培养学生浓厚的学习兴趣和自主学习的能力,唱响快乐的课堂主旋律。

同时我关注英语和其他学科间的融合,密切英语和现实生活的联系,最终实现学以致用。

主要突出了如下几个特点:一、关注孩子,人文课堂《英语课堂标准》中指出:基础教育阶段英语课堂的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础。

培养学生综合语言运用能力。

而传统的教育非常注重语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授,忽视了学生的情感态度,忽视了教学中的体验、实践和参与,这样使本应充满人文精神、充满智慧的英语变得枯燥乏味。

二、关注兴趣、巧妙导入所谓“施教之功,贵在导入”。

我认为英语课的设计应着眼于学生的兴趣,在教学的最初阶段就牢牢地把握住学生的兴趣点,创设情境使学生对下面的内容充满期待。

在导入热身的环节,我设计的是“猜猜我的手里是哪个数字”和“火眼金睛”看谁看的准,说的快。

激发学生的表现欲,让孩子们在紧张愉快的气氛中忘记羞怯,大胆开口。

,孩子很感兴趣,在复习了数字11-20的基础上,激发了孩子的兴趣,达到了预期的效果。

三、激活思维、循序渐进根据本课的教学内容,我设计了大量的游戏活动、思维活动、竞赛活动和任务活动,让学生在玩中学、学中玩,为整节课营造了一个轻松和谐快乐的学习氛围。

在学生初步掌握How many…?的基础上,我设计了“Memory game”(请学生快速记住图片中文具的物品的数量,然后利用How many…?提问,快速用There are…回答)、猜猜物品的数量等活动,使学生逐步达到熟练掌握。

在学习新词的过程中,我设计了让学生亲自晃呼啦圈和跳绳的活动,孩子们在运动中逐步感知和掌握了生词,同时还紧扣新句型,达到了预期的良好效果。

四、节奏快捷、环环相扣本节课的设计仅仅围绕“How many…? ”这一内容力求密集、快速地进行,充分提高英语的使用率,促使学生对已有的知识广泛联系、综合运用,既体现了交际性,又能引发学生的求知欲,做到多而不乱、杂而有序、环环相扣。

五、形式丰富、巧用媒体在扩展性活动的看谁记性记性最好的游戏中,设计了一个培养学生短暂记忆能力的环节(具体见课件),既巩固了学生对How many …?句型的操练也充分锻炼了孩子们观察能力、记忆能力,从课堂和课后孩子的反映来看,他们都对这个游戏很感兴趣,希望在今后的课堂能经常有类似此类的游戏,“孩子喜欢的就是最好的”,我力争今后能多出现“孩子喜欢的”。

综观整个教学,我考虑到了教学过程的梯度性,教学内容由浅入深;也注意到学以致用的原则,设计各种符合生活实际、激发学生兴趣的活动和任务;还对情境的设置、多方位的评价做了一定的探索;整个课堂上有活动、有激情、有思考,学生的多元智能得到了发展并提高了文化意识。

但是我在以下几点还做得不够:一是课堂上老师灌输自己的较多,孩子自己习得的部分较少;二是我觉得课堂教学的节奏要紧凑,不要前紧后松;三是根据孩子的实际情况设计有弹力的练习,以适应不同程度的学生。

在今后的教学中,我将克服自己的不足,更好的设计好课堂活动,提高课堂效率,让学生学得有兴趣,充分激发他们的自主学习能力,尽可能多让学生来当“小老师”,努力让自己当好“引导者”的角色。
