我，来自一个偏远的山村，也许是因为生在贫苦长在贫苦，所以我更能体会到父母的艰辛与不易，更能理解到付出时太阳下的汗水，收获时果实面前的笑容。
我的名字就寄予了父母的期望，他们希望我长大后能扎上飞翔的翅膀，翔骋在属于自己的海洋。
确实，困难磨砺人生，上天对每个人都是公平的。
他给我苦难的同时又给了我解决苦难的力量。
在一此次的跌倒中我学会了乐观，学会了自信，锻造出坚韧的意志，不拔的信念，而一直支持着我的是一份责任，我不只是我自己，我还是父母的儿子。
所以，我必须努力!一年前，抹下悔恨的泪，抚平高考的痛，踏上北上的列车，我来到这里，来到这么一个大家庭。
我当时告诉自己，当命运折断希望的风帆，不能绝望，彼岸还在!当命运凋零了美丽的花瓣，不要沉沦，绿叶还在。
没有一个季节能把青春阻挡!这里是我人生的一个转折，又一个起点，在这里我更加懂的得了集体的荣誉，团度的协作。
付出了很多，也学会了很多。
有酸、有甜、有苦、有涩。
七彩的味道充斥着我的大学生活，也许多年以后回想起来，这里就是我人生记忆中一颗闪烁的明星.老师们，同学们，朋友们，彩虹总在风雨后，秋实总在春花后，含泪播种的人一定会含笑收获，在未来风雨兼程的路上，走过荒芜，走过阑珊，走在青春里，我不去想是否能够成功，既然选择了远方，便只顾风雨兼程，我不去想身后会不会袭来寒风雨冷，既然目标是地平线，留给世界的只能是背影!我的演讲至此结束，谢谢!各位老师，同学:岁月如梭，一转眼我已经大二了，没有了大一初到的欣喜与迷茫，没有了大一处事的青涩与紧张，多出了淡定，多出了从容。

的确如此，青春是人生最美好的季节，青春是人生最铿锵的篇章，青春是摧枯拉朽的豪情，青春是旭日东升力量，青春的我们意气风发，青春的我们敢为人先，青春的我们斗志昂扬。
十年磨一剑，霜刃未曾试。
刚刚走出大学校门的我们，带着对前程事业无限的憧憬，带着年轻人无比的朝气，敢为人先的激情和对教师职业的无限热爱，跨入了刚刚落成的北郊新校园。
漫步校园，看整齐气派的教学楼，艺美楼，实验楼;郁郁葱葱的友谊林，校友林，学子林，朝气蓬勃的莘莘学子孜孜不倦，意气风发的教师队伍兢兢业业……身在北郊校园，面对如此充满生机与活力的北郊沃土，怎能不引起我们年轻教师心中那份身为北郊人的荣耀与自豪呢工作中，同事间团结协作，和衷共济，众志成城;生活中，朋友间互帮互助，坦诚相待，其乐融融。
身在北郊校园，面对如此充满热情和温情的北郊热土，怎能不使我们青年教师感受到工作的安心，顺心，生活的舒心，温馨身为北郊新教师，我切身的感受到北郊是一个焕发着勃勃生命力的学校，为年轻教师的发展搭建了一个广阔的舞台，为年轻教师的茁壮成长提供了一片肥沃的土地。
也切身感受到她对轻教师的那份殷切的关怀。
不仅给我们提供了丰厚的物质条件，而且开展新老教师师徒结队和各类教研活动，促进我们年轻教师早日成材。
问渠哪得清如许为有源头活水来。
正是这种宗旨和理念，一批年轻教师不断成长，为北郊的繁荣发展不断的注入新鲜血液，北郊必将生生不息，充满生机。
现在北郊正处于二次创业的关键性时刻，励精图治，百废待兴，新的路子和成功的经验，都需要我们去探索去吸取。
创业是艰苦的，布满荆棘和坎坷;创业是喜悦的，充满着成就和自豪。
创业对于我们青年教师来说是机遇也是挑战，创业必须勤勤恳恳，踏踏实实一步一个脚印。
身为北郊的新教师，在今后的工作中，我必将会严格要求自己，提高自身水平，不断进取，爱岗敬业，厚德爱生，以自己的一腔热诚投入到工作中去;把自己的一片爱心奉献给学生，在这个神圣的岗位上实现自己的人生价值，为北郊事业的蒸蒸日上添砖加瓦。
青春是美好的，青春更是短暂的。
羡子年少正得路，有如扶桑初日升。
君不见，高堂明镜悲白发，朝如青丝墓如雪。
我们不能在人生最光辉的时刻虚度年华，碌碌无为。
迷人的彩虹出自大雨的洗礼，丰硕的果实来自辛勤的耕耘。
我们应好好地把握青春，学那搏击风雨的海燕去展翅翱翔;学那高大挺拔的青松去傲雪经霜。
雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头越。
青年教师们，让我们用我们的辛勤付出和努力奋斗，使我们的青春在北郊二次创业中闪光!我的演讲完了，谢谢大家。
我不是画家，不能用画笔来描绘我职业的缤纷：我不是作家，不能用华美的词句来赞美我的职业;我不是歌手，不能用动听的歌声来歌咏我的岗位，我只是一名普通的小学老师，在平凡的岗位上只能像小蜜蜂一样，不断的采撷着、积累着，构筑心中那最美好。
还记得最初在十字路口的彷徨“刻板、单调、撑不了饿不死”这样的职业对于那个张扬的年纪实在缺少点吸引力。
在极不情愿的情况下，我无奈的踏进了学校的大门。
在这个社会，不断膨胀的物欲带来的是心理不平衡、是精神的空虚，转行还是坚持?然而，在城市的边缘我见到了这样的一群老师，没有正式的编制、拿着不高的工资、每年都接纳着五湖四海的孩子，但他们依然无怨无悔，像春蚕、像蜡烛，他们用自己的青春和生命来捍卫这个职业的圣洁时，我如梦初醒。
他们用自己的行动，用自己生命的痕迹激励着我们这些后来人，这些同行们，让我们由不情愿到情愿，由情愿到全身心地热爱这个工作。
因为，生命的意义远不止于功利。
”人吃饭是为了活着，但活着绝不是为了吃饭”。
生活中许多微小中藏有博大，短暂中孕育永恒。
在书上见过这样一个故事：一条小鱼蹦出了河面，路过的人看见了却熟视无睹，只有一个小男孩捡起那条鱼，把它放进了河里，别人对那个男孩说：“你干嘛这么做呢，谁还会在乎一条小鱼?”小男孩却说：“小鱼在乎。
”是的呀，小鱼在乎!同样的，老师的一次会心的微笑，一个鼓励的眼神，一句温馨的问候，一个体贴的动作，都会令学生信心倍增、温暖倍至，因为学生在乎，家长在乎!每当在校内或是校外听到学生们一声“老师好”的时候，每当看到孩子们的点滴进步，心里便会荡漾起无边的幸福。
