用途:本产品适用于家庭、小区、仓库、银行、企事业单位及商业场所。
不但功能强大、性能稳定,且操作和安装非常简单。
一、99防区语音防盗报警系统的组成与使用方法布防、撤防平时主人在家时可按遥控器的“撤防”键撤防,主人离家外出锁好门后,按遥控器“布防”键设防,回家时先按遥控器“撤防”键撤防,开锁进门。
在晚上主人在家休息时,按“S”键,这时主机进入红外撤防状态,在这种状态下学习进红外防区的探测器被触发不报警。
(相当于关掉了红外防区)。
在主机上布防与撤防、红外撤防及定时布撤防:布防:按“设防键”,再按"9”;撤防:按“设防键”,再按“0”;红外撤防:按主机的“设防键”,再按8定时布防:按主机的设防键,再按1,再按小时数(00-23),再按分钟数(00-59),再按#键。
例:要设2小时30分钟后布防:按主机设防键,再按1,再按0230#定时撤防:按主机的设防键,再按2,再按小时数(00-23),再按分钟数(00-59),再按#键。
例:要设9小时速50分后撤防:按主机设防键,再按2,再按0950#定时布防查询:按主机设防键,再按1,再按*键。
定时撤防查询:按主机设防键,再按2,再按*键。
注:如果开启主机密码键盘保护功能时,要先输入密码才能对主机的键盘进行操作。
紧急报警功能:当有紧急情况时,按下遥控器的:“紧急”键,系统立即进入紧急报警状态,警号鸣响并自动拨号呼叫。
或按主机的设防键,再按*键,系统立即进入紧急报警状态。
二、99防区语音防盗报警系统的系统设置接到报警后的处理方法:当警情发生后,主机会自动抢线拨打设置的电话号码,并根据设置鸣响警笛并语音提示报警的防区号,如果主人电话占线或不能接通,系统会转拨下一个报警电话,系统循环拨打三遍预设的电话号码。
收到报警电话后播放录音,用户可以不需要输入密码,按电话上的数字键对报警器进行远程控制。
如果20秒无按键操作,主机将会自动挂机退出。

本报警器由报警主机和各种无线连接的配件组成。当有人非法进入设防区域时,主机就会发出警报声,并且拨打主人的电话,主人收到通知后可立即赶回家或通知附近的亲朋好友处理,也可以通过电话监听现场的声音,进行远程操作。

2.一氧化碳安全防范 1).需要经常打开窗户和保持室内通风,在适当
的区域安装一氧化碳报警器,这样实时检测在 空气中一氧化碳的浓度,若报警器发生报 警,提醒人群离开危险区域,防止一氧化碳 中毒。 2).一氧化碳易存在的区域(如图14):

一、概述报警仪是我公司开发的新一代报警设备,该设备集众多报警功能于一身,可轻松实现火灾、防盗、超温等领域的短信报警,为生产安全和设备安全提供了有力的保障。
报警仪除了实现以上功能外,还可以由用户自由设定,最多可以实现8组端子分开报警,在实际应用中,为用户节省了多套设备的费用,另外大大减轻了布线的难度,为安装施工带来了便利。
二、系统构成框图三、系统功能1.短信报警功能本设备采用最新ARM内核,在稳定性和处理速度上有了较大的提高,短信模块可以在接到报警信号后,5秒内发出数据,通过移动GSM网络发送到用户手机上,短信报警功能的最大特点就是安全、准确、及时。
2.声光报警功能,设备采用了6个彩色LED灯作为警示信号灯,内置喇叭,当有报警触发时,声光报警同时发生,给现场工作人员最直观的提示,尤其是当匪警发生时,声光报警的警笛足以警告并吓退窃贼,为财产安全提供有力的保证。
3. 复位功能当报警触发时,声光报警会同时启动,如果现场的工作人员不愿意看到声光报警,这时就需要在复位按钮上按一下,声光报警会立即停止,但这并不影响短信报警的功能,短信报警会在后台继续完成发送短信的工作。
4. 自动复位功能本系统在设计之初,增加了防误操作功能,也就是说各个报警端子在被触发后,被触发的报警端子不会被再次触发(不影响其他报警端子的报警操作),避免了乱发短信的现象。
这时工作人员就必须在接到短信的第一时间赶到现场(因为本设备报警事件多为重要事件),控制现场的情况,并对本设备进行手动复位。
如果由于各种原因,工作人员不能对设备进行手动恢复,那系统将在报警触发1小时后自动复位,重新对报警信息进行监控,也就是说1小时候后,被触发的报警端子可以被再次触发。

The highly reliable D-A-F has been the standard for over 75 years. The D-A-F is used for signaling overheat or fire conditions. In the vast majority of applications, the D-A-F provides the ini-tial heat sensing that is used to activate suppression systems using clean agent, CO 2, inert gases, wet or dry chemicals or water.D-A-F detectors are widely accepted, because they are designed with rate compensation. This provides a unique advantage over both fixed temperature and rate-of-rise types of detectors because the D-A-F detector accurately senses the surrounding air temperature regardless of the fire growth rate. At the pre-determined set point, the system is activated.Fixed temperature detectors must be completely heated to alarm temperature and therefore a lag in response time may occur with a fast rate fire. Rate-of-rise devices, on the other hand, are triggered by the rate of increase in ambient temperature and are subject to false alarms caused by harmless, transient thermal gradients such as the rush of warm air from process ovens.The key to the detector's sensitivity is in the design (Figure 1). The outer shell is made of a rapidly expanding alloy which closely follows changes in surrounding air temperature. The innerstrutsare made of a slower expanding alloy. Designed toresist thermal energy absorption and sealed inside the shell, the struts follow temperature changes more slowly.A slow rate fire (Figure 2) will heat the shell and struts together. At the "set point", the detector will trigger, actuating the alarm or releasing the extinguishant.A transient rush of warm air up to 40°F/min. may expand the shell, while not triggering the detector. By ignoring transient warm air excur-sions, the D-A-F detector virtually eliminates false alarms prevalent with rate-of-rise devices.If a fast rate fire (Figure 3) starts, the shell will expand rapidly. 1.Basic Information about your Heat AlarmA Heat Alarm is an early warning device.A system based on in-terconnected Heat Alarms and Smoke Alarms,can give you and your family valuable extra time to escape.Note:-Install correctly,in the centre of the ceiling if possible.Test weekly with Test Button.Replace alkaline battery yearly or when it beeps once a min-ute.When the power is first connected the Alarm may sound for 2-3seconds -this is normal .A Heat Alarm does not prevent fires.Plan your escape route.Proper fire protection requires Smoke Alarms in addition to Heat Alarms with all units interconnected.If you have any doubt or query about Heat Alarms consult the supplier or your local Fire Brigade.2.Locating your Heat AlarmThe Heat Alarm gives a fire warning when the temperature at the unit reaches 58°C.It is ideal for kitchens,garages,boiler houses and other areas where there are normally high levels of fumes,smoke or dust i.e.places where Smoke Alarms cannot be installed without the risk of excessive nuisance alarms.A Heat Alarm should only be used in a room adjoining an escape route,in conjunction with Smoke Alarms on the escape routes.All the Heat Alarms and Smoke Alarms should be intercon-nected to ensure the early warning will be heard,particularly by somebody sleeping.A Heat Alarm installed in a closed room will give early warning of fire in that room.A properly designed early warning fire system ensures the alarm is given before the es-cape routes become blocked with smoke -therefore there must be Smoke Alarms along the escape routes as Heat Alarms would not give sufficient warning.However,a fire in a closed room (e.g.kitchen)adjoining the escape route,can eventually cause the corridor to become smoke-logged due to smoke leak-ing out from around the door before adequate warning can be given by detectors in the corridor.(Smoke leaking out from a room is often cool and slow moving so it can take a long time to rise to the ceiling,and travel to a detector which could be some distance away).Figure 1illustrates where Heat Alarms and Smoke Alarms should be located in a typical two storey house.The following gives the recommended spacings to be used to ensure the early detection of fire and that the warning will be heard:3.Positioning your Heat AlarmLocation must comply with applicable building regulations.(a)Ceiling MountingHot smoke rises and spreads out,so the Heat Alarm must be put on the ceiling -preferably in the centre.The sensitive element (in the cylindrical protrusion)must not be less than 25mm (1inch)or more than 150mm (6inches)below the ceiling or roof.The air is “dead”and does not move in corners,therefore Heat Alarms must be mounted away from corners.Place the unit at least 30cm (12inches)from any light fitting or decorative object which might obstruct the heattravelling to the Alarm.Keep atleast 15cm (6inches)away from walls and corners.(See figure 2).Wall mounting is not recommended for Heat Alarms.If the ceiling has a pitched roof install an Alarm within each apex.(b)Locations to AvoidDon’t place your Heat Alarm in any of the following areas:Places where extremes of temperature may occur -below 4°C or above 43°C.e.g.attics,furnace rooms etc.Directly above ovens or kettles as the heat/steam could cause nui-sance alarms.Bathrooms,shower rooms or other rooms where the unit may be triggered by steam or condensation.Near a decorative object ,door ,light fitting ,window molding etc.,that may prevent the heat reaching the unit Surfaces that are normally warmer or colder than the rest of the room (for example attic hatches,uninsulated exterior walls etc).Next to or directly above heaters or air conditioning vents ,windows ,wall vents etc.that can change the direc-tion of airflow.In very high or awkward areas (eg.over stair shafts)where it may be difficult to reach the alarm for testing and battery replacement.Locate the unit at least 1metre (3feet)from dimmer con-trolled lights and wiring will be heard.Warning:Do not interconnect to any other Heat /Smoke AlarmsA maximum of 820feet (250metres)of wire can be used,(maxi-mum resistance between detectors 50ohm).The units are inter-connected by wiring all the terminals marked 1together,and all the terminals marked 2together,as shown in Figure 6.An open-ing should be made in the label covering the wiring hole in the base,and the wires routed into the unit as shown.Note that thewiring inside the unit must be kept clear of the test button con-tacts,and must not impede the air flow.Drafts from wiring open-ings,conduit,or mounting boxes/holes,may blow smoke away from the sensing chamber,making it insensitive.It is essential that all such openings be closed by silicone sealant or similar.After wiring together the Interconnect Alarms,test the first unit by pressing the button.All the detectors should alarm within 10seconds and the red light only on the unit being tested,will flash about once a second.Check all the other units similarly.These Alarms should be interconnected only within the confines of a single family living unit.If they are connected between differ-ent units there may be excessive nuisance alarms.Everybody may not be aware that they are being tested or that it is a nui-sance alarm caused by cooking etc.6.Looking after your Heat Alarm(a)Testing your Heat AlarmIt is recommended that you test your Heat Alarm once a week to be sure the unit is working.Press and hold the Test Button until the alarm sounds (it may take up to 10seconds)see figure 7.It will also help you and your family to become familiar with the sound of the Alarm.(b)Testing with HeatWhen you press the Test Button it simulates the effect of Heat during a real fire.So,there is no need to test the Alarm with Heat.WARNING:Do not test with flame.This can be a fire hazard in itself.If you want to check your Alarm with heat we recommend using a hair dryer with a power rating of at least 1000watts.Direct the hot air as shown in figure 8on to the heat sensor and the alarm should sound within 30seconds.If the alarm fails to sound,follow this checklist.1.Check Battery Connectors to be sure they are firmly snapped to the Battery.2.Replace the Battery.(Check the date marked on the Cover when you last replaced the Battery).3.Refer to “Cleaning Your Heat Alarm”6(d).(c)Replacing the Battery.A fresh battery should last about one year.When battery power is low and replacement is necessary,the Alarm will “beep”about once per minute for at least 30days.The battery must then be replaced.Replace battery if the alarm does not sound when the Test Button is pressed.For maximum reliability,replace battery at least once a year.If the Power Indicator light ceases flashing every 40seconds re-place the battery.Be sure to replace the battery as soon as pos-sible to ensure proper operation and to avoid a leaking battery.Leakage could cause damage to the Alarm,furniture,and car-peting.For replacement batteries,refer to the label inside the Heat Alarm Cover.WARNING:Use of any other battery may be detrimental to the operation of the Heat Alarm.(d)Cleaning your Heat AlarmHeat Alarms are not as susceptible to dust and contamination as Smoke Alarms but it is prudent to clean them e the narrow nozzle attachment of your vacuum cleaner to re-move dust,insects and cobwebs from the sides and cover slots where the heat enters.To clean the cover,wipe with a damp cloth.Dry cover thoroughly with cloth.WARNING:Do not paint your Heat Alarm.Other than the cleaning described above,no other customer servicing of this product is required.Repairs,when needed,must be performed by the manufacturer.7.If,when the alarm goes off,there is no sign of smoke,heat or noise to indicate that there is a fire,you should get your family into a safe place,before you start investigating.Check the house carefully in case there is a small fire smould-ering somewhere.Check whether there is some source of heat,fumes or smoke,for example steam from a kettle triggering a Heat Alarm or cook-ing fumes being drawn past a Smoke Alarm by an extractor.The Heat Alarm or Smoke Alarm initiating the alarm can be identified as it will have a rapidly flashing red light.If there are frequent nui-sance/false alarms it may be necessary to re-locate the offend-ing device away from the cause of the alarm.8.(a)Important SafeguardsWhen using household protective devices,basic safety precau-tions should always be followed,including those listed below:Please read all instructions.Rehearse emergency escape plans so everyone at home knows what to do in case the alarm sounds.For replacement batteries,refer to label inside Heat Alarm.NOTE:Constant exposure to high or freezing temperatures or high humidity may reduce the life of the batteries.Do not disconnect battery to stop alarm sounding.(Fanning vigorously with a newspaper or similar will remove heat from the Heat Alarm and stop it 一.出厂默认主机控制面板:1.电源输入孔POWER2.警号输出端SIREN3.有线防区L1-L4(有线探测器信号一端接此端口,另一端接SP-4.喊话喇叭SP-同时也是接地线(G)5.喊话喇叭SP+(喇叭正极接SP+,负极接SP-)6.备电开关ON/OFF(内置电池开关,拨到ON开的位置可以充电)7.设置按键SET8.天线座ANT9.布防ARM灯10.GSM灯插入主机电源孔。
此时,主机上的6个防区灯和2个功能指示灯全部闪亮一下,同时蜂鸣器“哔”一长声;之后,主机开始检测GSM网络,网络正常的GSM指示灯3秒闪烁一次。
2.恢复出厂:首先关闭后备电池开关,同时断开电源适配器的电源,再按住[设置SET]按键不松开,此时接通电源适配器电源;3秒后,蜂鸣器“哔”一长声,所有LED灯亮一下后熄灭,最后松开按键。
主机设置全部被清除,恢复出厂值成功。
3.人工录音:在撤防状态下,连续轻按[设置SET]键三次,主机“哔”一长声,[布防ARM]灯闪烁(1秒一次),录音开始:距离主机正面30cm ,中等语音,标准普通话录制用户信息;防区灯根据时间依次熄灭,录音自动结束,,[ARM]灯熄灭。
4.进入设置:在撤防状态下,按住[设置SET]键不放,主机“哔”一长声松开,[布防ARM]灯闪烁,进入设置状态。
在设置状态时,只要不退出设置状态[布防ARM]指示灯闪烁,都可以反复进行不同的设置操作。
但在设置过程中,如果停止对主机进行操作10秒,主机将会自动退出设置,返回撤防状态。
5.退出设置;设置完毕,选取直到防区灯全部不亮,主机退出设置状态。
[布防ARM]灯熄灭,返回撤防状态。
6.遥控对码:在撤防状态下,进入设置,再按一次[设置SET]键,主机“哔”一短声,所有防区灯长亮,进入遥控器对码;取需要对码的遥控器按任意键,发射一个无线信号给主机;主机收到信号“哔”一声,所有防区灯熄灭。
遥控器对码成功。
注意:主机最多可对码9个遥控器,其它遥控器对码方法相同。
删除遥控:在撤防状态下,进入设置,再轻按一次[设置SET]键,主机“哔”一长声,所有防区灯长亮,进入遥控器对码;再次按住[设置SET]键不放,3秒后,主机“哔”一长声,所有防区灯熄灭,遥控器除成功。
注意:遥控器删除操作,每次操作都会删除所有的遥控器。
7.防区对码:在撤防状态下,进入设置,轻按一次[设置SET]键,进入遥控器对码;再次轻按[设置SET]键一次,防区1指示灯亮起,然后,取需要对码的探测器,触发报警向主机发射一个无线信号;主机收到后“哔”一长声,1防区指示灯闪一下。
1防区对码成功。
(如果1防区继续增加探测器,可以把需要对码的探测器依次发射,一个防区最多可以增加20个探测器)。
注意:在撤防状态下,进入设置,跳过遥控器对码后,继续轻按[设置SET]键,防区指示灯依次亮起,选定对码的防区,防区指示灯亮起。
重复以上对码操作,进行其它防区的对码。
删除对码:在撤防状态下,进入设置,跳过遥控器对码;再次轻按[设置SET]键,防区1指示灯亮起;然后,长按[设置SET]键3秒后,主机“哔”一长声,1防区指示灯熄灭。
1防区删除对码成功。
重复以上操作,可以对其它防区的探测器进行删除。
无线键盘:按[设置SET]键跳到6防区对码后再次按一下,所有防区灯亮,开始学习无线键盘,(或者快速连按4下按钮),学习方法同遥控器学习。
四:遥控编程:本主机的所有编程都是由手机(或固定电话)拨通主机GSM卡号,过电话按键操作或者发送短信设置或无线键盘操作完成的。
在撤防状态,GSM网络检测正常后,拨打主机的SIM卡号码,主机自动提机接听,语音提示“请设置密码”,输入正确的编程密码(出厂值为:8888),主机:“哔”一长声,[布防ARM]灯闪烁,表示进入远程编程状态。
功能指令短信指令在撤防状态下,直接通过电话,无线键盘,短信输入指令操作主机。
成功后主机“哔”一长声。
错误时4声连续短响。
修改密码举例说明:“×”代表设置的新密码:例将操作密码出厂值(0000)修改为新密码:1234编程密码改为:8765。
输入指令:*112348765*操作密码:用手机(或固定电话)拨打SIM 卡号时,如果输入的是操作密码(出厂为0000),就只能进行远程布防、撤防、监听功能操作。
编程密码:用手机(或固定电话)拨打SIM 卡号码时,如果输入的是编程密码(出厂值为8888),就只能进行语音电话、短信手机号、和功能设置。
注意:操作密码一定不能与编程密码设为同一个号码。
电话设置电话号码设置: “A ”是组号(1-9),“B ”是电话号码。
1-6组是语音电话,只拨打不发信息,7-9组电话是短信号码,报警时只向用户手机发送短信,而不打电话。
(可以设置相同的号码既是语音电话也是短信电话)设置电话类型 “A ”是组号(1-9)。
“B ”是电话类型。
0是语读出电话号码,1是语音电话、2是短信电话,3是语音及短信电话。
举例说明:将0755-********设置为第2组语音电话号码 呼叫电话:A 防区号:[1~6]分别对应无线防区1-6。
[7~0](0在此当做10使用,即L4,后面有类似指令参照嘴叙述)分别对应有线防区L1-L4。
B 防区类型:[0]删除该防区、[1]即时防区、[2]在家防区、[3]紧急防区、[4]多鉴防区、[5]延时防区、[6]重复触发防区、[7]门铃[8]呼叫器[9]巡检防区。
C :警号方式:[0]为无声报警,[1]为有声报警举例说明:将无线6防区设为紧急防区、警号有声、在家防区:指在该防区处于在家布防状态下不会报警的防区。
适合夜晚主人在家的情况下客厅卧室安装的探测器不产生报警。
紧急防区:无论什么情况下,触发立刻报警,适合煤气,火警等。
多鉴防区:在布防下,至少2个设置为多鉴防区的探测器在30秒内都触发过才报警,适合用在红外上抗误报。
延时防区:触发不是立刻报警,先延时一段时间然后报警。
重复触发防区:在5-30秒内设置为相同防区内的探测器反复触发过才报警。
适合震动测及其他需要多次检测才能确认的地方。
门铃:无论设防或撤防状态下,该防区仅仅作为门铃使用,不再是报警防区。
呼叫器:该防区仅仅作为呼叫器使用,不再是报警防区。
操作警号:警号操作:说明:“A ”遥控主机时,警号是否发出提示音:[0]不发声,[1]发声。
“B ”主机报警后警号鸣响的时间,数值0-99之间,0表示主机不鸣响。
举例说明:将遥控时警号伴音,报警后警号响5分钟:#015#断电报警设置:操作格式:说明:“A ”指可编程电源(或开关)在什么状态下输出(或接通),取值范围0-9“B ”指外接电源断电是否报警:0=不报警,1报警(报警序号11防区),2断电后来电也报警。
“A ”的取值说明:0=不输出,1=撤防下输出,2或3=布防下输出;4或5=在家布防下输出;6或7=布防或在家布防状态下都输出;8=报警的状态输出;9=一直输出。
其中3、5、7选择的状态下,报警后继续保持电源输出或(开关接通)状态 比如;短信指令:8888*031*时间设置:系统设置方法:AA 代表当前时间的小时数;BB 代表当前时间的分钟数。
短信指令:8888*21918*短信操作部分:自编短信格式:编程密码+A+10个以内中文字 A=短作序号(1-9)例如:编写第5组短信是:“阳台窗户被打开了,快报警”编写短信内容为:88885阳台窗户被打开了,快报警查询自编短信内容:编程密码+A+*A 是短信序号。
例如:查询第2组自编短信内容格式编辑短信发至主机:88882* 成功后回复第2组短信内容。
可以使用短信对主机进行布防、撤防、查询等指令内容:布防=“布防”或SF ;在家布防=“在家布防”或BF;撤防=“撤防”或CF ;开启编程电源输出或开关接通=“开”或ON;关闭编程电源输出或开关断开=关或OFF;查询主机的状态=“状态”或STATUS比如:短信控制主机撤防则编辑8888撤防发给主机即可。
电话接警:主机报警后,自动依次拨打所有预设的电话。
当提机接听;电话听筒即时播出报警录音,让用户获得报警信息。
同时还可以通过电话键盘按键操作,对报警主机进行远程遥控;全部操作完毕后一定要按#键才能执行操作并挂机按1为现场监听,按2鸣响警笛,按3关闭警笛,按4设防,按5撤防,按6播放录音,按7输出/接通,按8关闭输出/断开,按0关闭喊话,按9开启喊话,按*对讲,按#确认并自动挂机。
电话接警后只听报警语音,不进行远程遥控而直接挂机,主机将继续拨打后面的电话报警,直至有人接听,主机会循环拨打所有电话三遍后,会自动挂机。
远程操作:通过电话(手机)拨打与报警主机相连的电话号码,主机接通电话后,听筒语音提示“滴~~~”或,“请输入密码”,通过电话(手机)按键输入密码(远程操作密码出厂值为:0000)。
密码正确,具体操作同电话接警操作。
如果输入的是编程密码8888将执行的是编程操作,参照功能指令。
0-2,“0指有线防区默认常闭,”“1”指有线防区常开,“2”指有线防区智能模式(默认模式)。
如设置有线防区L3L4智能,L1L2常闭:*70022*L1-L4是有线防区接线口,每路有线探测器信号线的其中一根线都要共地,另一根线接入主机信号端口,有线防区默认关闭,使用前请:*7L1L2L3L4*开启,并设置有线防区状态。
