1. 掌握重点单词 ,短语及句子。

找出重点短语:

1. L isten to the dialogue first.
2. E xplain :
(1) get late 变晚
(2) nearly finished 快完了
(3) used to过去常常区别:used to do 和 be used to
①used to d o中 ,to后接动词原形"be used to中to 是介词 ,后接名词、代词或动名词。
②used to表示过去频率极高或经常的习惯性的
动作 ,常译为“过去常常做……〞且含有与现在比照的意味;而be used to的意思是“熟悉并接受〞“习惯于……〞。
如:She is used to life in Shanghai.她习惯了上海的生活。
(4) the number of 的数量
区别:the number of 和 a number of the number of意为“……的数量〞 ,谓语常用is或 was。
a number of大量的、许多 ,相当于many
(5) even worse更为糟糕
even后接比拟级 ,表示“更〞。
能跟比拟级的还有:much ,a bit/little 等。
(6) speak up 大声说
up跟在动词后 ,有提高音量、速度等的意思。
如:turn up 调大;speed up 加速
(7) talk of 谈.及
拓展:talk about 谈论;talk to/with 和……交谈
3. Ask the students to listen and repeat the dialogue three times.

as...as中间用形容词或副词原形 ,用于同级比拟 ,否认式是not as... as。
