英语演讲稿How to study English well？

I think grammar rules, new words and phrases are important, but they are not enough. For example, some people are quite good at grammars and learned a lot of English words and phrases by heart. But they can’t speak English when they meet foreign friends. So the best way to learn English well is to often use English.
Above all ,learning English requires a certain effort ,no matter how clever you are. I expect you can make progress with you English day by day.
Little tips！
First ,you should listen as often as you can and you needn't care if you haven't understood all the words you hear. Secondly,The more you speak,the better you can speak English. So speaking plays an important role In learning English. It's a good idea to talk with others in English,especially with foreigners at the English corner or internet. Thirdly,you can spend time writing to your friends in English or keeping an English diary. Besides,reading also influnces your learning compared with listening ,speaking and writing . So we had better reading something everyday.
In our country,we study English by school early.English is a very important grammar in our school life.But that is the problem: how can we learn it well? Some people think that if we want to learn English well. We must learn English grammars well first. Others believe we won’t learn English well if we can’t remember the words and phrases as many as possible.

How to study English well？
There can be no doubt that English is one of the world's most widely used languages. People use a language in one of three ways: as a native language, as a second language, or as a foreign languge. English is spoken as a native language by over three handred million people in the United States, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Canadaand South Africa. As asecond language, English is often necessary for official business, education, information and other activities in many countries, it is one of the few "working" languages of the United Nations.
