摘要:设计的主要任务是某日处理规模2万立方米污水厂的设计。污水处理工艺为A2/O改进工艺,污泥处理工艺为污泥浓缩脱水工艺。该污水厂的污水处理流程为:从格栅提升泵房到沉砂池,进入前置缺氧、厌氧池-缺氧池-好氧池,然后进入中进周出辐流二沉池,最后经过混凝沉淀池、V型滤池之后出水;污泥的流程为:从中进周出辐流二沉池排出的剩余污泥首先进入生物集泥池,剩余污泥再进入污泥调理池,最后经污泥脱水泵房后排出。本文则主要介绍该工艺流程中的混凝沉淀池以及负责给它配水的配水井的相关设计计算。

Abstract:Main task of design is a daily processing of scale of 20,000 cubic metres of wastewater treatment plant design. Wastewater treatment process for A2/O to improve the process, sludge treatment technology for sludge thickening and dewatering processes. The sewage factory of sewage processing process for: from grid gate upgrade pumping station to sank sand pool, into Qian reset hypoxia, and anaerobic pool-hypoxia pool-good oxygen pool, then into in the into week out spoke flow II sank pool, last after mixed gel precipitation pool, and v type filter pool zhihou water; sludge of process for: from into week out spoke flow II sank pool discharge of remaining sludge first into biological set mud pool, remaining sludge again into sludge conditioning pool, last by sludge dehydration pumping station Hou discharge. This paper focuses on the process of coagulation sedimentation as well as give it distribution distributor box design.
