Play a short game:
a. Teacher ask four Ss come to the front and give each of
them a card with Thomas Edis on. Inven ted, The light
bulb, In 1879 on it. Then ask them to sta nd in order like the sentence.

b. Excha nge the order of Thomas Edis on and the light bulb
and ask Ss:
Is it right now? Can we say like this?
c. Ask the fifth and sixth Ss with card of Was and By to
cut i n line and orga nize the right sentence.
Teacher write the three sentences on the Bb and explain the Passive Voice and the Active Voice. Ss read them after the teacher repeatedly.
