第六条法律适合和争议解决

5.1 If either party breaches any terms of this authorization letter, the non-breaching party has the right to request the breaching party to assume corresponding liability for the breach.

5.2 The breaching party shall compensate the non-breaching party for any losses suffered due to the breach and bear the legal liabilities arising therefrom.

Article 6 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1 This authorization letter shall be governed by the laws of [Country/Region].
