Introduction

Baby Becky’s Daily Routine
Baby Becky is a cute baby who likes to play, eat, and sleep. Her daily routine consists of several activities that she does throughout the day. Let’s take a look at some of her daily r outines:
•Getting up:Baby Becky usually wakes up at around 7 o’clock in the morning. She loves to stretch and yawn. After that, she loves to play with her toys.
•Breakfast time: After playing for a while, Baby Becky feels hungry and is ready for breakfast. She usually eats cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Sometimes she likes to eat toast with jam too.
•Bath time:After breakfast, it’s time for Baby Becky to take a bath. Her mom usually fills up the bathtub with warm water and adds some bubbles. Baby Becky loves to splash around in the water and play with her rubber duckies.
•Playing with mom: After taking a bath, Baby Becky plays with her mom. They usually read books, sing songs, and play with toys together.
•Nap time: After playing with mom, Baby Becky feels tired and needs a nap. She takes a nap for about two hours in the afternoon.
•Snack time: After waking up from her nap, Baby Becky is ready for a snack. She usually eats fruits or vegetables, such as apples, bananas, or carrots.
•Playing with dad: In the evening, Baby Becky spends time with her dad. They usually play games, sing songs, or watch cartoons together.
•Bedtime:At around 8 o’clock in the evening, Baby Becky gets ready for bed. Her mom changes her diaper, puts on her pajamas, and reads her a bedtime story. Baby Becky falls asleep with her favorite teddy bear.
Present Continuous Tense
In this lesson, we also learn about present continuous tense. Present continuous tense is used to talk about actions that are happening right now, at the moment of speaking. For example:
•I am playing with my toys.
•She is eating breakfast.
•They are watching a movie.
