Honestly, the majority may have a perference for the interest when considering the further development and improvement of their career. Because interest plays a significantly important role on people's way to success. In contrast, other graduates who are quite realistic may pay much more attention to the salary when their ideal occupation may not match their desire for the salary. Otherwise, they will feel that they deserve nothing in their future.
When it comes to job-hunting, many people would face a dilemma choice: which should be given the priority between salary and interest?
Some people hold the view that salary plays a significant role in their future lives. They insist that the level of salary determines one’s living quality and career potential. In other word, a high salary not only enriches one’s life, but also accumulates fortune and lays a perfect foundation for our personal development, but a low salary often exerts a negative influence on one’s life and career in the long run.
Many college students’ original purpose to enter a university, I believe, is to find a good job. Remember how many years we have strived to our exams, no matter whether they’re large and small? Every time we wanted to stop reading our text book and played for a while, there must havrd, you will be a beggar. Or if you just keep fooling around, I won’t support you any longer. Surely they have positive value- encouraging us to bask in the joy of study. After all no kid didn’t want to play, and there is no exception. But be aware that we are no longer children; we need to pursue our goals, to be what we are. In his opinion, individual interest can be developed, and you will discover your real interest of your life only after you have grown old. Maybe his statement have stamp out many concern about finding job-we will be no longer what we are today, our interest and anything about ourselves will change.

Upon graduation, all college students will confront the problem of career choice. It is truly a tough choice. Students’ opinions differ greatly on this issue. Some hold that the priority should be given to their personal interest, but others take the attitude that salary is the most critical factor influencing their career choices.
In my opinion, one must have a full understanding of his own character at first, and then make an correct judgement when the interest and salary are in contradiction. There’s no doubt that an ambitious personshould place weight on interst and work with heart and soul. But to a person who is from an extremely poor family, choosing a job with high salary may be a perfect decision.

As more and more graduates are pouring into the labor market, it’s getting more and more challenging for the graduates to find a satisfactory job at present(, which is considered to be the core factor leading to the current unemployment problem可以省略). So my conclusion is that making choice about a job, interest is more important than salary.
As for me, we should attach more importance to salary, especially now, economic crisis has tremendous impact on our daily life, salary is an important dimension in job-hunting, we can relieve the family's financial burden with a high salary and go through the difficult times. Nonetheless, it may be perfect to find a job with fine salary as well as live up to your interest
On the contrary, others put a great emphasis on interest rather than salary. They argue that interest is an essential ingredient of one’s success. They firmly believe that nothing great is ever accomplished without interest. After all, interest can make a person more creative, which will, in return, improve his future career. Meanwhile, without interest we may lose zest for life.
